Strandhotels in Zhoushan

Hotel staff is kindly hospitality Room service is not available Coffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee. Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!

I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well). Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish). BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available. I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

Good location, no beach, but at least with a car easy to go to nice beaches in short time. Otherwise in the middle of lots of restaurants, outlets and entertainment Cleanliness: Well.... 4-5 stars for the a bit old but well maintained (and for kids lovely decorated) room. 1-2 stars for the restaurant with sticky floor, sticky tables and for 2nd floor lobby toilet max. 1 star. Main issue and absolutely not Hilton standard: the breakfast. Neither Chinese (my wife is Chinese and tried it) nor western food meet any Hilton standards. No fresh fruit juice, old and dirty coffee machines. The staff was very helpful though and tried to soften the obvious issues. Which leds to the conclusion: this hotel seems to have a severe management problem. I would rather not choose it again. Especially as it was way too expensive. We paid 1700+ RMB per night (2 adults, one kid) including said breakfast.

Facilities: Overall, it’s okay. I want to have a better night’s stay when I take my baby to Putuo Mountain. I want to find a hotel with a swimming pool so that my baby can play in the water. The garden view room I originally booked was upgraded to a sea view room for free. Looking at the outside area, the hotel has a wave pool and an outdoor swimming pool. It is estimated that it will be lively in summer, and it is suitable for children to play in the water. There is no water in the off-season now. Environment: There are many seafood restaurants within a 200-meter walk, which are very convenient to eat. Spring afternoon tea set: salty desserts are more delicious.

The Manla Sea view villa owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The husband came to the bus station to pick us and our luggage upon arrival. As I was travelling with my 2 young children, this was very convenient for us. The villa location was perfect for us. It’s a short walk away from countless seafood restaurant and small supermarkets for our daily needs. It’s also very close to Nansha beach and the tourist centre area which had NAT services. We spent some time at Dongsha beach which was a short and cheap taxi ride away and also next to the Westin hotel where my boys enjoyed the buffet. You can even walk there as it’s not very far away. Meals at the villa were sufficient and tasty. The breakfast is Chinese style and plentiful. It’s a good way to begin the day as we explored the area. The wife was very helpful, kind and generous to us frequently giving us food like bread, cakes, yoghurt, etc. We were also given some fresh grapes in our room every day.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the Greentown Resort and is in a row with Westin. There are many farmhouses and food stalls opposite the dining hotel. It is very convenient to walk there. You can go directly to the beach on the next floor. It is very convenient to enter and exit casually. It seems that the small door of the hotel park in the off-season will be closed.

The hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, beautiful scenery, clean and tidy rooms, excellent hotel location, not far from surrounding scenic spots, such as Daqingshan, Nansha, the road is not far, opposite the hotel is Dongsha Beach, run on the beach during the day, and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves at night If the weather is fine, you can get up early to watch the sunrise on the sea. Every time I go to Mount Putuo to worship Buddha, I stay in this hotel for a while. This time, the hotel has also upgraded the room type. I am very grateful. Next time I come to Zhoushan, I will definitely choose to stay.

Zhoushan Zhujiajian Xili Duolisi Resort Hotel has a green coverage rate of 80%, giving people a feeling of home with fresh air, beautiful environment, and attentive service. Several attractions are nearby, making it convenient for leisure. Travel, a good place to choose for travel. 

The hotel is in an apartment. The floors above 1-3 and 22 (can’t remember the exact number) are hotel rooms, and the middle floors are apartments. It feels weird; There is a seaside park and some businesses next to the hotel. It is not particularly lively, but it can meet the needs of dining and purchasing daily necessities; The breakfast at the hotel is quite satisfactory. The coffee is cooperating with Ruixing, and Ruixing provides coffee beans. The taste is very good, thumbs up! The room is not small, but the layout is average and not very convenient to use. Especially when the light on the sink is turned on, it will affect the rest of the people in the main room. The air conditioner is very loud, which will affect the quality of sleep.

The environment is worthy of Samsung's price. The room is big, the decoration is a bit old, but acceptable range. It's good to go downstairs to the garden when the sun is shining. There are not many people in the off-season and it is very quiet. I like this feeling of escape from the world. On the first day, I ate at Chuanhai opposite the hotel. There were so many people. Halfway through the meal, the kitchen ran out of oil and the stove was broken😅. Go to Zhongxin Road the next day: the original taste, the dishes are more delicate, the portion is small, the taste is very good, 4-star recommendation. Go early to the Man Kou Xiang breakfast restaurant on Qingfeng Road, the fried buns are super delicious 😋! On the return trip on the third day, I ate my mother's noodles on the 5th floor of Donggang Kaihong Plaza, Shenjiamen. In short, if you want to eat better, it is better to drive ten minutes to the town. The cleaning of the hotel is a bit sloppy, and there is only half a roll of toilet paper, which is not enough every day. The paper was never replaced. The towels have not been changed, and I hope it can be improved in the future.
