Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay.
Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station.
Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

非常滿意 陽台可以看到馬特洪峯 前台非常貼心 一直送到房間 還詳細介紹了各種説明有專門的歡迎卡片 設施完善 冰箱裏還有馬特洪峯同款巧克力可以拍照打卡 出門就是各種商業街很方便

We had a short but wonderful stay at Zermama. Very friendly and professional staff. I’ve been travelling around the world both privately and professionally staying in a wide variety of hotels but Zermama is one of my favorites. You feel that the hotel is managed with respect for its staff and that’s why the staff is so respectful to its guests too. Our well deserved congrats to the Zermama team with a special thank you to Amanda for the pleasant talks with my morning coffee. Every Zermama team member deserved a star which makes it more than 5! We’ll come back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Convenient to skiing, ski rentals, restaurants, shops, train station, and an amazing view from our balcony. It was our first trip to Switzerland and we had loads of questions. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, were very knowledgeable, and gave great advice. Loved the ski locker room too. So convenient. The room and balcony views were as great as the pictures. Fantastic meals at the restaurant. I can’t say enough good things.

Wow - what a stay! Hotel Zermama has it all. Location, amenities, staff, etc. I really appreciated the quality of the property. Fine attention to detail throughout is what makes the property special. Beyond the property, I want to give a huge shoutout to Umberto, Margarida, Victor, and Monica. They were absolutely incredible and made my stay perfect. It is the staff that truly can make a property worthwhile and unforgettable. This group of people did. The entire staff is full of electric, warm and welcoming people. They are just good humans. That’s all one can really ask for. This was a stay I will never forget. Thank you Zermama! With love, Robert
