Prettig hotel , behulpzaam personeel . Hotel post een begrip in zermatt, gelegen in het centrum zonder daar overlast van te hebben . Kamers zijn goed en schoon. De douche in het bad is begrijpelijk maar niet echt handig ivm brede straal van de douchekop. Helaas hadden we de pech op de derde etage te zitten en de lift een aantal dagen stuk was waardoor we smorgens met de bagage naar beneden mochten sjouwen. De vriendelijke receptioniste regelde wel de elektrische hotel post taxi die ons keurig naar het station heeft gebracht. Ontbijt is gewoon goed, ruime keuze verse producten en goede bediening . Ook het restaurant beneden in de kelder is goed en meer dan waard om tijdens verblijf te eten . De bar is gezellig en het hotel doet gezellig en gemoedelijk aan. Was hier een lange tijd geleden ook al geweest , zowel voor als achter is het fijn balkon te hebben en uitzicht goed Voor een volgend bezoek zou ik weer boeken , zowel zakelijk als prive.

Wonderful hotel in great location on the main road. Our room was amazing with a loft, living room, balconies, dining room and rooftop patio. The restaurants and bars were a central spot and lots of fun. The views were spectacular and the staff was super helpful. Highly recommend.

Great hotel and location, room was good too. Unfortunately very loud until 5am due to the location. This made it hard to get some sleep.

Loved this hotel. Great style, rooms, views, bars and restaurants and spa. The service was great and each room was like being tucked into a rustic modern cubby with useful space, vast views and a modern alpine experience. Loved.

There are many positives about this hotel, but one BIG negative. I rated the hotel 4, but it would have been 5 without the negative. First, the positives. The hotel is in an amazing central location in the Zermatt village. The hotel has a very nice alpine decor and a cozy feel. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We ate in two of the restaurants, The Brown Cow Pub and Viviana, and both were very good. The spa is small but nice (although the whirlpool could be warmer), and we had excellent massages. Now for the big negative. The hotel has multiple night clubs and the live venue club, Pink, gets very loud. It also attracts a boisterous crowd that are drunk and noisy in the wee hours of the morning as they leave. I was on the third floor, and the noise was disruptive. Together, the band and the revelers, made it difficult to sleep. The club is right next to the front desk, and I had difficulty conversing with the attendant at the front desk during the band’s sound check — she too said that It was annoying. I have no problem with people who want to party, but I do have a problem when it disturbs me and prevents me from sleeping. I would definitely return if the hotel would solve the noise problem, and I might return anyway because of the many positives. However, if I did return, I would request a fourth-floor (top-floor) room.

We've been coming here for over 10 years now and it never disappoints. As a family of 4, we take 2 adjoining rooms which works very well for us, The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of town near the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. The hotel has 2 different restaurants and a couple of lively bars. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are friendly and efficient. An ideal place to stay in Zermatt as a couple or with a family.

Right on the heart of Zermatt, the hotel is gem. Perfect balance on lovely rooms, view and also a wide choice of restaurants/bars. I would recommend the hotel to all wanting to have a good room right on the village center and want to enjoy the chalet experience. Staff is also nice and helpful.
