"I stayed here only for breakfast. The front desk and staff were polite. The free drinks were great. It would have been nice if there was a bag or basket when going to the large public bath. The bag next to the front desk was only big enough to fit underwear. I had trouble taking towels from the room. I brought them in the bag I brought with me just in case. I think that's necessary if they use one towel per person. There were traces of what it must have been like in the past when it was a high-class inn."

"About 3' walking distance fromJR station. Very convenient. The reception is a bit small but they provide all the necessary information in English and Chinese on paper. The room for two is big but a bit old style. The wall paper is in kind of dark grey and so the room looks dark. Other than this, everything is fine. Each bed is big and everything is clean. Breakfast starts at 6am and is simple. Two buns, one boiled egg and a cup of coffee. You have to get it from the ground floor and eat it in your room. The owner is friendly. He held the lift for me for two consecutive days while I was taking my breakfast tray upstairs."
