"De kamer was schoon, de locatie is veilig, de matroos was meestal comfortabel. De checkout was eenvoudig. Ik werd verteld om mijn sleutelkaart in de kamer te verlaten. De douche had een tapijt stijl die mooi was. De airconditioning werkte goed, die werd gewaardeerd sinds Woodland warm is. De parkeerplaats was veilig en vlak buiten de kamer. Het personeel was aardig en de check-in was snel en ik kon 2 uur vroeg inchecken. TV had een redelijk aantal kanalen om uit te kiezen. Er was een tafel met stoelen om comfortabel te eten in de kamer. Er werd een redelijke minikoelkast en een microgolf opgenomen."

"Don't book this hotel! The room was terrible. The bedside lamp was old and didn't work, and it smelled bad. The WiFi was unavailable. There was a large spider as soon as I entered, and then another spider in the bathtub while I was showering. When I asked the front desk why the WiFi wasn't working, the elderly lady there said the WiFi was open and she didn't know how to fix it. The most outrageous thing is that Ctrip gave this hotel a 4.7 rating, far ahead of other hotels in the area. There are over 30 negative reviews out of more than 100. I don't know how Ctrip managed to give it a 4.7 rating; I'm completely screwed over by Ctrip. Furthermore, I've already reported the rating issue 24 hours ago, but Ctrip refuses to rectify it and continues to offer bookings with a 4.7 rating."
