Yixing is quite livable, with good amenities nearby. The Prince Fu's Residence of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom doesn't have much to see, so a quick look if you're passing by is enough."

"Check-in was a bit slow that day, it took quite a while for our group of 8 rooms. The rooms themselves were nice, though. Mine faced the lake, so I got to see the light show and fireworks at night. It's newly renovated, so there was still a bit of a smell."

"The hotel facilities are outdated. The lobby was sweltering in the hot weather, making it impossible to sit comfortably. Even during the Dragon Boat Festival, when traffic wasn't heavy, there was no concierge, and only one or two people at the front desk. On the second day, the hotel elevator broke down, and we weren't informed by any staff; I only found out after calling. We had to use the emergency staircase to go down, which reeked of smoke on the lower floors, with cigarette butts on the ground. This seemed to be an employee passage – are people allowed to smoke in indoor public areas? Furthermore, there are very few ground parking spaces, and the underground parking is shared with Wanda Plaza. It's difficult to find a spot when it's busy, and the signage is poor. If the hotel didn't reimburse parking fees, I would have definitely complained. Due to the high traffic at Wanda Plaza, the parking lot is a nightmare to navigate. Overall, it was a very bad experience; I won't be staying here again."

"Great hotel, the facilities are good, swimming pool great, maybe they should consider opening the outdoor pools earlier than July, because the weather clearly hot enough with the constant 30 degrees and above in June too. The breakfast menu was good. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was ok, more expensive than normal Chinese restaurants. The massage was good. The children entertainment was not that great. The programs are expensive especially if you have more than one child. The rooms are good, comfortable beds. The surrounding areas are nice and clean."
