Geen extra enthousiasme of glimlachjes; gewoon de houding van het simpelweg uitvoeren van hun taken. ☝️ Omgeving: Niet ver van populaire toeristische trekpleisters zoals Tao Er Chang, Gunan Street, Yiyuan Garden en Luyuan Skewers; een taxirit duurt ongeveer een half uur. Ontbijt: Gemiddeld, beperkte keuze. Het apart kopen van ontbijt kost blijkbaar 120 RMB per persoon. Als je voor het uitzicht vanaf de 60e verdieping gaat, raad ik aan om op een heldere dag te gaan; anders is het uitzicht vrij matig als het mistig is."

"Taking advantage of the time before school started, I brought the kids for a special trip. The weather wasn't too hot on the day we arrived, with a nice cool breeze, so we took a leisurely stroll around the town, which felt really comfortable. From the moment we checked in, a butler added me on a messaging app. Whenever I had a question, no matter how late, they would patiently answer it. The next day, because we went rafting and came back late, the butler even helped us with a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. We watched the fireworks show and had the buffet. Overall, it was a really good experience and a very worthwhile trip."

"The room was nice, but unfortunately the facilities were poorly maintained. The Hansgrohe showerhead was paired with a small TOTO handheld unit. The sink drain cover was either clogged or wouldn't come off, and the faucet was a bit clunky. The handheld unit on the fish tank faucet was gone. The hotel is small and the area is quiet, so there wasn't much for the kids to do. After two days, I desperately wanted to go home. This is a great place for those who want to unwind, daydream, fall in love, or contemplate the meaning of life."

"The hotel's location is excellent for visiting Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The property itself is in great condition, with fantastic facilities. The infinity pool on the mountain top is a real highlight. The kids absolutely loved feeding the alpacas and ponies, and the dinosaur park is definitely worth a visit. The service was excellent – very warm and proactive. The electric cart service was incredibly prompt, which we really appreciated. Our dedicated butler, Xiao Lei, was very friendly and made our stay so much easier, essentially fulfilling every request. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast was good overall, but it would be even better with a bit more variety."

Snel antwoord, geduldig en gecoördineerd met de problemen, het is heel zorgvuldig om te reizen. De omgeving van de gemeente is erg goed en het gevoel van leven is goed.
