"I specifically chose a Marriott-affiliated hotel for the May Day holiday. I booked a double room but it only came with one breakfast, though the front desk staff was very kind and gave me an extra one. However, perhaps because it was May Day, there were a lot of people for breakfast and nothing really stood out. I waited in line for noodles for half an hour, and by then, all the toppings were gone 😞. For food delivery, you have to go down to the lobby to pick it up yourself. It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, with a somewhat American style. The lobby is quite grand, but I found the lighting in the room a bit dim. When I returned to my room at night, I immediately felt a bit strained on my eyes. It would be great if it were a little brighter."

"The hotel is very old, like an old guesthouse. There are only 1-2 people at the front desk. The room is very small and the air is very bad. The housekeeping does not clean it very well. The urine stains on the toilet were not wiped off. There were always people smoking in the corridor, and the smoke would drift in. The snacks written in the order were not delivered. In addition, the bamboo sea ticket that came with the order was from Liyang, not Yixing (I don't know why it was sent). Basically, there is nothing to eat in the hotel, and it is not convenient to eat and drink nearby. It feels like a small resort area under construction."

Winter is very pleasant when the weather is nice. The meat buns at the guesthouse breakfast were delicious; we even took a box with us when we left.
