"Honestly, this inn is pretty average. The biggest complaint is the location. Don't be fooled by the promotional info. If you're traveling with luggage, you'll have to carry it up and down five or six flights of stairs (see Figure 2). It's exhausting. The so-called cable car and elevator aren't seamlessly connected; you still have to climb stairs. Also, the hotel pictures show a swimming pool, the kind you get with smaller rooms. The water is so murky and foamy it's unappealing. The food is also terrible. The hotel staff are very welcoming."
