"Advantages: It's close to Baoshi Park, there's a parking lot opposite, and there are places to eat breakfast nearby, making it convenient for taking walks. Disadvantages: The parking lot isn't free, and the hotel doesn't offer parking vouchers; water leaks out of the bathroom during showers, making it very damp, and towels weren't replaced promptly after I extended my stay; the air conditioner in the room works but is very noisy when it starts up, the room has poor sound insulation, and I could hear laughter and chatter in the hallway at night, and I could clearly hear people talking loudly next door, seriously affecting my sleep; the room wasn't clean enough, there were two dead cockroaches in the morning, which was frankly very unsatisfactory, anyone would find it disgusting 🤢, and the blankets weren't changed to thinner ones according to the temperature, it was too hot to cover up, and too cold to leave uncovered, failing to provide basic humanized service. This is my first time in Xinyu in two years, and frankly, I'm very dissatisfied with my stay. I hope the hotel will investigate these issues, improve service quality and facilities, and provide guests with a comfortable and clean accommodation experience."

"The host was very nice and helped us a lot. The homestay was very clean and provided a full range of daily necessities, including knives. There was also a large terrace outside the room for barbecues. The host even let us pick their vegetables!!! The most important thing was that the TV in the homestay had VIP access😍. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay. I would definitely choose this homestay next time if I had the chance.
