Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai.
What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway.
But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

Love this hotel 's location. Nice shopping malls just down the hotel. Breakfast is also very good.
Hotel's staff are very attentive anf helpful. Especially Miss Ma is very friendly and always there to help answering questions.

過來旅遊，無意間發現的一個寶藏酒店，抱着試住一晚的想法暫且安頓下下來，旅途過程中略顯疲憊，服務人員熱心的為我們倒了果汁，感覺涼快了許多，得知我們是過來旅遊的前台小姐姐小嚴貼心的還幫忙提供了當地的交通旅遊圖，介紹了當地的旅遊景點，見我們同行拿的行李比較多，還幫忙送到房間，房間面積還是挺大的令人驚喜的一點是，房間居然提前開好了空調，一陣涼意迎面而來，讓人舒服了許多。第二天打電話諮詢到前台，耐心的告知了烘乾機和熨燙機的使用方法，還挺細心的，打掃衞生的客房保潔人員也是彬彬有禮。不得不説，西寧的天氣還真是陰晴不定，退房時正趕上下雨，正發愁的時候，小嚴還提供了雨衣，為我們出行提供了便利，雖然東西挺小的但是感覺到了酒店員工的熱心服務這次出行感覺挺不錯的，唯一點睛之筆除了酒店熱情的服務態度外，還提供全天的上下午茶服務，都是免費的水果點心老闆真是下血本了，我和我的朋友還享用了午茶，餐廳環境很是愜意舒適，房間配備了防塵袋睡衣，加濕器很是貼心，裝修風格簡約大氣我很喜歡，臨走才知曉原來美豪是連鎖酒店，以後就住它們家了，從性價比以及員工服務態度都是獨一無二的，希望越來越多的人可以看到這家酒店，為酒店點贊，我也會介紹更多的朋友讓美豪服務家喻户曉。謝謝美豪的工作人員有緣相見[愉快]

初次住美豪酒店讓我記憶深刻，衹因酒店一位小姑娘長得很像我的朋友，讓我有了一種久違的熟悉感，事情還要從當天我到達西寧説起，當天到達西寧剛好遇到生理期，肚子特別疼，想盡快辦理完躺下休息，酒店工作人員貼心的為我倒了了茶水還幫我升級了房間，還讓我用毛巾擦手，我衹是搖了搖頭，隨後她特別細心有注意到這一細節。問我哪裡不舒服，順便幫忙拉行李箱送我到房間，在樓道途中給我介紹了早餐地點時間還有一大堆我記不清了，但能看出她很敬業，到達房間我打算勉強收拾下就躺下，突然門外傳來了敲門聲原來是酒店工作人員準備了準備了紅糖水，暖宮貼，姨媽巾以及泡腳桶讓我緩解生理期的疼痛以及舟車勞頓，讓我感到無比舒適和安心。
酒店工作人員的態度極其友好和專業，他們在我生理期期間給予了特別的關心和照顧，讓我倍感温暖。
酒店的房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，這讓我在生理期能夠得到很好的休息。早餐種類齊全，有當地特色小吃很贊😎，特別感謝酒店為生理期的女性提供的周到服務，讓我在旅途中沒有任何後顧之憂，這也讓我對酒店的印象大大加分，其次我要特別感謝為我準備這一切為我提行李笑容甜美的女孩小紅，她的笑容讓我想起了我的舊友，在我離開酒店之際跑去前台問了她的名字，我想送她一束花表達我對她的敬業以及對我朋友的思念，離別之際讓酒店其他工作人員代勞表達我對小紅的感謝和體貼入微的關照，一個酒店的又一個優秀的員工離不開酒店強大的管理團隊，酒店各方面都很棒，性價比高物超所值，堪稱酒店的海底撈，以後走到哪裡美豪是我不二的選擇，如有機會下次還會選擇來西寧美寧美豪酒店的。因為這裡有熟悉的小紅，有一羣既可愛又敬業的服務團隊。

在這個特別的 520 日子裏，我和我的另一半選擇了美豪酒店，由於普通大床沒房了，衹能將就訂了標間，暫住一晚，但在這酒店確讓我度過了一個浪漫而難忘的夜晚。
1. 位置：
酒店的位置非常便利，位於市中心，周邊有許多餐廳、購物中心和娛樂設施。距離我們想要去的地方也很近，步行即可到達，這讓我們的出行變得非常方便。
2. 房間：
我們預訂的是標間，酒店看我們是情侶特意給我們升級了豪華大床房房間佈置得非常温馨浪漫，充滿了濃濃的愛意。桌子特意準備了香檳🍾，讓人一看就心生歡喜，房間裏還擺放着鮮花和蠟燭，營造出一種浪漫的氛圍，讓我們感受到了愛情的甜蜜和幸福。
3. 服務：
酒店的服務非常周到，工作人員熱情友好，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，讓我們的520很難忘，酒店的清潔工作也做得非常好，房間乾淨整潔，讓我們住得非常舒適。

酒店的設施非常齊全，有洗衣房、上下午茶，讓我們可以在這裏盡情地放鬆身心。

酒店各方面都很好，已經住了二次，跟老伴出來旅遊，去了青海湖返程又住了美豪，酒店服務態度特別好，特別是小姑娘小馬，對待長者很有耐心，還送了氧氣瓶。真的很贊👍推薦大家性價比高

因出差每年跑遍大大小小的城市，住過大大小小的酒店，但是這家酒店不得不點贊。從進入大廳看上去雖然不是很氣派，但是每位員工的服務卻是做到了極致。辦理入住時，所有服務員都面帶微笑，恭敬有禮，提供多種茶水可供選擇，擦手毛巾潔白清香，服務井然有序，主動幫我拉行李並送到房間。房間落地窗空間也非常大，衞生乾淨整潔，讓人特別舒適。打掃衞生阿姨特別貼心，第二天我出門讓打掃衞生時，甚至將我的行李箱、鞋子都擦得乾乾淨淨，真的太用心了。因為我比較喜歡喝茶，將茶葉和水杯像往常一樣放在桌子上，但是李經理將我茶葉分裝在茶葉罐，並在房間放上喝茶茶具，留言“劉先生，已將您茶葉已放至茶葉罐，泡茶時方便取用，房間已配置茶具，有需要幫助的及時呼叫我哦”真的太用心了，需要幫助的都主動提前幫助在前，是一家貼心、用心經營的酒店[強]推薦給大家，性價比高而且物超所值，早餐豐盛可口種類齊全。推薦大家體驗一番
