"Terrible service! We booked four rooms on the fifth day of the ***** New Year, and the smart toilet in one of them was broken and needed repair. The buffet breakfast ended at 10 am, and by 9 am there was practically nothing left to eat; the food was all gone and not replenished. The most frustrating thing was that after we checked out, they said a bathrobe was missing from one of the rooms. They called three times to confirm, saying we had taken it. They only said they found it when we drove back to look for it! Unbelievable! 😑😑 Room and restaurant services urgently need improvement!!!"
