The hotel is nice with big rooms ane thermal bath. The staff was not really helpful though as they couldn’t find our reservation and they did not help at all, they just told us to contact the customer service directly. Poor breakfast.

是我這輩子住過最差的酒店，五十塊的賓館都比那裡乾淨衞生，那個床單浴巾一兩個月沒換，發黴發臭，還有蟲子！那個温泉臟的要死，千萬不要掃那個充電寶，索取你的訊息讓你辦各種套餐，真的酒店裡麪傢俱又老又臭，水都不知道放了多少天，服務態度差的要死，大家一定不要去住，別踩坑，而且水都是那種放了好久的桶裝水，礦泉水都沒有，真的太太太無語了

酒店温泉差，工作人員指定2個露天池，不建議在酒店泡温泉，旁邊有專門泡温泉的，20元一位）我跑酒店對面泡温泉20元一位。酒店連紙巾都沒有，灰塵沒打掃，桌上，衞生間灰塵到處是，雙床拖鞋衹有一雙。早餐如同虛設要9點半才開餐，並且餐具都灰塵蓋滿，一個字差，二個字奇葩，三個字真差勁，四個字不要入住

酒店環境不錯，房間夠大，床上用品乾淨，但床墊不好，還是之前的彈簧席夢思，衞生不好太差了，又沒有網絡，以後也不會再來住了，差評。

活了幾十年，住過全球各城市酒店或大山裡的民宿藏區的居民樓，這一次真的是刷新了三觀，條件差，水池臟，**滿地，從大堂到房間灰塵一堆，牆掉漆，床品毛巾臟，早餐差，碗碟臟統統都不是重點，這2017年保質期2年的肥皂，出現在2023年的五一節，你們還能更誇張麼？住到半夜起來就忍不住要走了，全身發癢。你們確定這是一個酒店嗎？我能請求退款嗎？真的是毀三觀，同行的朋友半夜打車走了。強烈建議你們封店吧，不帶這樣坑人的。

國慶回家鄉住兩晚，床單差，房間裏面陳舊，沖涼熱水都無，温泉設施差，民宿都靚過它好多，以後不去了。
