酒店的位置很好，三丘田碼頭出去步行幾分鐘就到，特別適合拖着行李箱的遊客。島上吃飯不方便，酒店還提供了早點，酒店的房間樓層挺高的，住着不壓抑。酒店樓下還有個院子可以納涼休息。酒店出門步行幾分鐘就有一個沙灘🏖，孩子挖沙，拍礁都很好。

唯一優點是離碼頭近，工作人員幫忙接送到碼頭拿行李（捲毛小哥哥是好人，拿行李，推薦的餐廳也是比較好的，離開時有個前台小姐姐也是幫忙提行李），缺點一大堆。
親子房沒有桌椅，整理東西行李衹能在床上，沒有夜燈，晚上關燈後起來上廁所不方便，要麼就衹能開燈睡覺。浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗澡水龍頭是旋鈕式的，不是太燙就是太冷，扭來扭去都沒有合適的温度，要麼就是突然從花灑切換到水龍頭，把大人小孩都嚇一跳，多次反應才來修，然後發現就是壞掉了的，修又修好久，嚴重影響休息。浴室沒有毛巾架，洗澡時衣服都不知道放哪，洗手盆的水龍頭水太沖，噴得整個洗手盆都是水，專門的晾曬區在另外一棟樓，要從這棟樓下樓梯再爬樓梯到另外一棟樓，跟前台反映問題，衹會忽悠説老別墅衹能這樣，不能改，找各種理由來給糟糕的房間脱罪名，連桌椅都不能放，可能嗎？房間空調對着床直吹，房門打開有蚊子沒有電蚊拍。第一天早餐除了白粥其他菜都是涼的，咖啡牛奶喝完了沒工作人員來續，用餐時間還沒結束就關燈。
工作人員害怕給差評，不停遊説我取消攜程訂單，房間打折退款，一看到我就纏着要拿我的手機取消掉訂單。
總而言之，打着酒店名字實際上就是一個普通的民宿，完全沒有酒店的標準，如果有能拿行李的爸爸，帶娃不要來，帶娃不要來。

要對這個酒店點個大大的贊。首先下了三丘田碼頭右轉三分鐘就到，特別適合溜娃或者帶長者，其次，酒店的環境幽靜，整體讓人放鬆愜意，最後房間很寬敞，床鋪舒服。非常温馨的酒店，前台小鑫 文莉 伊伊熱情好客，值得推薦！

這家酒店的位置很好，就在三丘田碼頭旁邊，酒店正對着廈門本島，邊上就是外國文物館。設施還可以，乾淨衞生，前台服務態度熱情周到，讓人倍感温暖。小鑫 33 文莉 伊伊 小李年輕有活力，服務貼心，推薦的餐館地道可口，各種問題及時解答，在這裏住得非常愉快，希望他們繼續加油，把美妙的體驗也帶給今後入住的遊人!

位置離碼頭很近 不遠處150米左右 兩三分鐘走到了 酒店的服務也很到位 一直在幫忙跑來跑去 環境也很漂亮 以前也在鼓浪嶼工作過 剛好大霧天再來體驗一次是種不一樣的感覺
