Nice location, strategic area to explore the most interesting part of Gulangyu.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and it is perfect for a trip to Gulangyu. The location is great. It is situated right under Sunshine Rock, and a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops.
The rooms are really comfortable and clean. The balcony and bathtub are amazing!! The service attitude is friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place for a stay on Gulangyu

這次算是故地重遊了，還是住了這家，離三丘田碼頭，商業區，日光巖都很近，，門口的那一樹花開的很茂盛，總有人在這取景拍照。
老闆人很好，有什麼都能及時迴應，推薦的小吃點心什麼的，都是地道且好吃的。
如果是兩個人情侶還是推薦二樓有陽台的房間，觀景不錯。我們帶了娃，就衹能選擇標間了。因為人多，還多贈了幾瓶水，剛好碰到下雨，還借了傘給我們，真的很貼心了

乾淨衞生整潔，房間沒有異味。店內的設計、物件都很用心，服務很不錯。完美之旅，雖然做了攻略，但實際感受還是超出預期。有喜歡度假的朋友，可以看準（鳳凰居）下手，位置很好找，約幾個朋友或者跟家人一起來度假都是非常不錯的選擇，內部設施應有盡有。

入住體驗非常滿意，陽台景觀很棒，可以看日出。第一天晚上發現被子稍後有點熱，跟老闆提以後馬上就換成了薄被。第二天晚上和老闆聊了半個多小時天，人很親和、樂觀和健談，強烈推薦。

老闆人巨巨巨好，這次和我妹妹一起出行去鼓浪嶼沒有提前做好功課不知道島上沒有出行工具，衹能步行的同時帶的行李太多了（三個箱子）🥹🥹導航導錯了方向一直找不到之前訂的房 ，也因為一些原因住不了原先訂的房。後面就定了這家鳳凰居，老闆不僅耐心引導我們去酒店的方向和路，還到酒店時幫我們拿行李、送了我們一張地圖、還給我們講解轉發鼓浪嶼吃喝玩樂的打卡地，嗚嗚嗚😭真的好熱心。房間沒有異味，比攜程上傳的酒店詳情圖還要好看，床單很乾凈，不管院子環境還是地理位置都特別好，各方面都給大好評，以後再來鼓浪嶼一定還會來這家，最後謝謝您，好人一生平安🤗☺️
