Fliport Garden Hotel

Upon arrival at the hotel, was warmly, politely n efficiently received by the counter service staff. The check in was fast n without any problems. The room was big n comfortable. I was very satisfied with the room preparation. My only feedback is that the air conditioner could be colder n even at 21 degrees, I could still feel the room warmness. The location near the airport means I had to use a taxi to go downtown for me meetings n other F&B needs. The free transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organised by the Front Office n it gave me piece of mind.

Upon entering the room, one of the first things I noticed was cigarette ash on the toilet floor. This not only indicated a lack of thorough cleaning but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Finding such a blatant oversight was truly disappointing and made me question the attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. Moreover, despite requesting assistance with luggage upon arrival, nobody came to help us. This lack of basic courtesy was unexpected, especially considering the reputation of the hotel. Carrying our luggage to the room ourselves was an inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper staffing and organization. Additionally, the check-in process was incredibly time-consuming, taking two hours. This excessive waiting time was frustrating and unacceptable, particularly after a long journey when guests are eager to settle into their accommodations swiftly. It seemed that there were inefficiencies in the hotel's check-in procedures, resulting in unnecessary delays and inconvenience for guests.

The hotel location is very close to the airport with free drop-off service as well.

Rooms are clean, need prepare three sets of towels and slippers if we booked 2 adults and 1 child Room is clean and beds are comfortable, free shuttle very convenient for clients

Although a bit expansive, the hotel is very good. Good breakfast, it had a veriety of cheese and bread, which is not very common in China.

The hotel has been gracious to allow me to check out at 2 pm with no additional charges so that I can rest before my late evening flight. The other was the free transfer from hotel to the airport. The night before, the front office helped booked a cab for me and even gave me a number to call in the event I needed help to get a cab to come back to the hotel after my evening trip. The breakfast was great too.

The hotel and its amenities were perfect for an overnight layover. The staff were very accomodating and helpful and provide a five star service. From contacting the hotel prior to our arrival and organising airport pick-up and the service from the airport to our room was beyond my expectations. The staff here are amazing to say the least. The room was clean and large and I would recommend this hotel for layovers.

It was a welcomed overnight stay so close to the airport. The service from bell boys and reception staff excelled and were extremely courteous and helpful.
