I guess 5 star hotels aren’t what they used to be. Dirty nails, messy hair front liners. Check in process was unclear, the way he talks is like mumbling. And he did not bother to explain. I am a mandarin speaker and yet he still speaks unclearly. Major disappointment.

The service go down!
Please teach the staff how to use a suitcase with 2 rolls, they can't use it!
Please teach the staff of the restaurant to take the people first who come first and not let them wait!
Please teach the staff, when they say : yes, I will take a coffee for you. Also to do it and not let the people wait at the breakfast!
One point more, the Paulaner restaurant open at 17:30 and not at 17:00 like you write it in your later. I have to wait 30 min for this!

Overall the hotel has great service and good hygiene. Was surprised to see they even has Xmas decorations.
The only minor thing is the mattress in the room is very soft which makes it diffficult for someone with some backbone problem.
