Great hotel and service, clean rooms and especially in rainy weather the more reasons to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Extra wishes were made possible prompt and quickly. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for the price. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are giant and clean. Bathtub and shower combo was great. Really quiet as well

Still building in the area, will be great in a few years. Not far from metro or major shopping malls. Good swimming pool!

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

超出預期的一次入住。早餐在一樓，中餐西點品類都挺多的，感覺比同價位酒店要多，味道也很好。前台summer半夏還另外送了我們小朋友一份早餐，非常感謝！健身在頂樓，窗外能看見太湖，視野很好，泳池温度合適，水質目測是挺好的，另外還有個小池子是熱水，小朋友也可以玩。地下車庫要是安排一些其他的商業充電樁就更好了。

我最近在無錫太湖華邑酒店度過了一段非常美妙的時光，必須要給予一個大大的好評！
這家酒店給人的第一印象就是氣派非凡，建築外觀極具特色，彰顯着優雅與大氣。進入酒店後，寬敞明亮的大堂讓人頓感舒適。
房間的佈置温馨且精緻，設施一應俱全，品質上乘。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人能夠一夜好眠。房間的視野也十分開闊，可以欣賞到美麗的太湖景色，令人心曠神怡。
酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。工作人員熱情周到、細緻入微，特別是前台接文青，總是能在第一時間滿足客人的需求和幫助，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的待遇。
餐飲方面也相當出色，餐廳提供的美食種類豐富多樣，口味更是絕佳，每一道菜都能感受到廚師的用心與精湛廚藝。
此外，酒店的休閑娛樂設施也很不錯，讓我們在閑暇之餘能夠盡情放鬆身心。
總之，無錫太湖華邑酒店無論是在硬件設施還是服務上都表現得極為卓越，是一家令人難以忘懷的高品質酒店。強烈推薦給大家！
