That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail.
The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool.
Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food).
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

This is a modern hotel that offers good value for money. Our room was quite spacious, with a balcony that was a pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a large selection of tasty options.

優點～～
1.酒店雖然建造有些年了 但硬件相當不錯 能看得出當年在設計裝修上都極其用心 酒店佔據面積很大 下車立即有服務生迎來開門 大堂超級氣派 乾淨亮堂 背鄰無錫國際展覽館 地鐵可達 門前一大片草坪 相隔一條小路就是無錫尚顯湖濕地公園 開車至融創茂10分鐘 地理位置也很好
2.房間很大 標房的床有1.35寬 二娃家庭也無壓力
衞生間也很大 房間門口有座位 走廊裏也有休息卡座 非常用心 洗漱用品質感很好 護髮素和潤膚露都很好用
3.早餐豐盛 有很多現做的無錫特色食物 現炸的油條和現做的燒餅 餐食品質夠得上五星級品質
4.服務人員的態度都很好 退房時遇到前台主管張楓 主動詢問我入住體驗 憑藉自己多年的酒店入住體驗真心的提出了一些【建議】如下～～
1. 酒店總體風格走商務風 但也能看出在盡力向親子酒店努力 但略有力不從心的感覺 建議可以參考一些親子打造比較成功的酒店做法：
1.check in的時候 可以主動送親子家庭禮品（圖4的鑰匙扣是和張楓主管攀談之後瞭解到入住時沒有送時補送的 這個鑰匙扣非常精緻在融創樂園裡售價30元 孩子回程一路上當作寶貝 非常開心）
2.孩子的一次性用品可以裝入一個禮袋中 在辦理入住時就送出 之前再其他酒店遇到過 入住第一印象就會非常好
3.酒店的早餐限制有些刻板 我家二娃超出1.2米 但衹有幼兒園 吃不了什麼 但根據酒店早餐規定需要付款68元 有些勸退 建議不但看身高也要結合年齡
4.早餐建議增加一些小童餐食和餐具
總體而言 這次入住還是非常舒適的 瑕不掩瑜 每年都會來無錫 以後還會帶家人繼續入住的 希望酒店多吸引親子家庭 尤其寒暑假靠近融創樂園的優勢 生意越來越好

第二次入住酒店，是無錫馬拉松的終點站旁酒店，選擇入住是因為酒店安靜，適合跑馬之後的休息恢復。必須表揚的早餐，非常有地方餐飲特色之外，還有懷舊的味道。麥乳精、炒麥粉（暴露年齡了）可以沖泡，燒餅爐子現烤的…。周邊有巡塘古鎮和濕地公園，晨跑最佳。
