Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I chose the Holiday Inn Express for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Quite nice hotel,
Friendly staff but location is still in development.
Rooms were clean and had enough Facilities but charge quite high fee for using.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Although we did not get to enjoy much beyond the hotel room, what we did experience was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the hotel room itself was comfortable and clean.

酒店房間配備兩個枕頭，軟硬都有，適合不同需求的入住客人。我比較喜歡軟枕頭，睡着舒服。大堂吧的電腦方便務工人員使用，便利化設施。在假日酒店的後面那棟，免費提供的早餐可口美味。Monica同學服務態度不錯，會耐心介紹無錫出遊的好去處。去無錫這是必選的酒店，很貼心的服務，倍感滿意。

設施：維護保養的非常不錯，走廊也很新，餐廳的位置也很多，還有大屏幕投影
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔，大堂很漂亮
服務：前台的萬經理，熱情周到服務，態度細緻入微，給我推薦了當地的美食
環境：周邊配套設施配套齊全，綠化面積非常不錯，周邊可以漫步！

每次不管是出差還是遊玩，都會選擇假日酒店，同價位的酒店來説，假日酒店更出類拔萃。前台服務超級棒的，這次感謝龐天喜小美女，提前打電話給我們，免費升級了房間。還提前幫我開好了發票。省去了很多時間。最讓我驚喜的是，還送了小禮物和水果給我家寶寶。太貼心了。

酒店設施完善，性價比高，wifi給力，環境不錯，地理位置好，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，入住登記也很快，特別是前台工作人員小龐的服務熱情，因為開票辦理手續等很貼心，早餐自助也非常豐富，會跟同事們推薦智選酒店
