It’s a simple hotel but the service is outstanding. The receptionist, the manager and every staff went out of their way to comfort us.

This small hotel provides a very good service . On the day of arrival the manager Yaya sent us direction . There were welcome drinks on arrival and they helped with the suitcase to the room . At night they offered Chinese dessert and warm milk . Highly recommended if you are in the area

The hotel is very clean and located very closed to Lingshan Buddha. The hotel's staff was very friendly and willing to help the guests. The check in was easy and quick. The facility in the room and hotel was well maintained. The breakfast offered in Chinese and west style. if you are looking for an accommodation out of the rush of Wuxi city, this hotel is definitely to consider.

這是一家賓至如歸的酒店，入住就升級了，環境雅緻，因為在靈山大佛和拈花灣景區之間，酒店安排了定時接送，入住時空調不是很給力，恰遇酒店經理，很快從根本上解決問題，服務員也很熱情周到，雖然衹住一晚，但下次來無錫靈山勝境還會選擇再次入住，不誇張的説，有的五星級酒店服務還趕不上它，很好的體驗，謝謝😊

訂了一個親子房和一個雅緻房，一到酒店門口就有工作人員幫忙拿行李，很客氣，為了兩個房間能靠到近一點小，給我們免費升級了房間，去拈花灣和靈山大佛都有班車接送，還有漢服體驗，酒店會讓你僻靜，下面還有一個小花園，有鯉魚，孩子特別喜歡餵魚，還有個搖椅，晚上景點回來還有銀耳羹，也別貼心。早上用餐，每個員工碰到了都會打招呼，很熱情，服務很好，食物會及時補充，退房的時候還給了水和零食，很好的一次體驗。

五一去無錫入住的酒店，酒店服務一級棒工作人員都笑眯眯的很親切，是我住酒店到現在最好的沒有之一!!附近有條小河好像能釣魚，問了問酒店～前台戴眼鏡的小哥二話沒説就幫忙拌餌料弄魚竿，釣了一上午收穫還不少!重點來了!禮禮!我來誇你了!!可愛漂亮説話聲音還甜，30號入住的時候因為個人原因忘帶了些東西外賣還送不到有點不開心!這妹妹説等她下班幫我去買!!!感動到哭!!之後幾天也有問必應態度極好，這次遊玩遇到你真的很高興!妹妹咱要做大做強喲!愛你喲!
