It’s a simple hotel but the service is outstanding. The receptionist, the manager and every staff went out of their way to comfort us.

This small hotel provides a very good service . On the day of arrival the manager Yaya sent us direction . There were welcome drinks on arrival and they helped with the suitcase to the room . At night they offered Chinese dessert and warm milk . Highly recommended if you are in the area

The hotel is very clean and located very closed to Lingshan Buddha. The hotel's staff was very friendly and willing to help the guests. The check in was easy and quick. The facility in the room and hotel was well maintained. The breakfast offered in Chinese and west style. if you are looking for an accommodation out of the rush of Wuxi city, this hotel is definitely to consider.

預訂後，提前打電話確認了是否有車輛充電樁，被告知門口有市政的7個充電樁，可以提前幫我預留一個位子，很是貼心。
到店辦理入住時，告訴我免費升級成複式家庭房，非常棒，樓下兩個床，樓上一個大床，兩個衞生間，打掃得也很乾凈，太開心了。
早餐比較豐盛，家裡長者覺得很好。
特別要表揚一下，酒店的每個服務人員態度真的非常好，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

説實話，這是我入住過最滿意的酒店，體會到了我住過的所有酒店沒有體會到的服務。我們是下午 12 點左右到店的，剛到門口工作人員就在門口迎接我們幫我們拿行李。到了前台一個小姐姐幫我們倒了幾杯冰涼的酸梅汁，這個天確實熱，一杯酸甜可口的酸梅汁下肚絕對愜意，前台幫我們免費升級了房間，還帶我們去房間。因為我們是打車過來的，他們家有班車接送剛好免去了我們打車的煩惱。最好的來了，因為我們去的早逛完了想早點回酒店，我就想打個電話問一下酒店是否能提前回去。酒店立即答應瞭然後派車接我們回去，試問有多少酒店能把服務做的這麼好。到了門口就有人迎接我們並給我們盛好銀耳湯，還告訴我們幫我們準備了兩個泡腳桶緩解疲憊，這真的是超出我的預期了，所有一切都是為客人着想。有一點不好，隔音有點差，一大早就聽到老太太嘰嘰喳喳聊天，這點需要改進一下，早餐也比較豐盛，該有的都有，尤其是南瓜軟軟糯糯又香甜，絕對好評。退房的時候前台幫我們準備好路上喝的礦泉水和零食禮盒，真的是太周到了，要不是時間不夠我真想再住兩天，下次帶上父母再來住，也希望這家酒店越做越好。[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

很好的酒店，環境優美，設計佈局講究，江南園林風格，餐廳味道很好，不用跑太遠出去吃飯。早餐也很豐富。服務人員非常熱情，主動到停車場引導幫拿行李。酒店也有定時免費中巴車到景區。有個游泳池六月底會開放，適合家庭情侶度假。
