"The staff were very friendly and helpful from the start. The rooms were very clean and the location was very convenient. We enjoy exploring by walking and the location made that easy. We were there during the yearly Wusu beer festival and the hotel was less than 5 mins walk to where the festivities were happening. It was exciting hearing all the enjoyment people were having into the early morning. The hotel staff were very helpful in helping organise a local driver for day trips and checked on our whereabouts towards the end of the day to ensure we were ok. They were also very accommodating in storing our luggage after checkout before our departure. All in all, we had a very goid experience and would recommend Ruicheng Hotel 🙂"

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in during my journey across Xinjiang! The staff and manager were exceptionally kind, considerate, and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with getting around the city, helping me to and from the train station, and offering fantastic advice on places to see not only in Wusu but in other cities throughout Xinjiang. Their genuine care and friendliness ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel room itself was very cozy, well equipped, and a perfect retreat after a long day of traveling. I will certainly come back here again someday, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Wusu."
