"The service was extremely lax. We noted in our order that we didn't want a corner room, but upon check-in, we were given the last room in the corridor. When we arrived at the door with our luggage, we realized it was the last room. We immediately called the front desk to inquire about a change. The front desk denied that we had been given a corner room, saying there were several rooms further down the corridor (we were standing right at the door of the room, at the end of the corridor). The front desk said they would come up and check with us right away. We waited at the door for over 10 minutes, but the front desk never arrived. We called again, and they said the person who had just answered the phone had already finished their shift. They said they could arrange another room for us, the second to last one in the corridor. First, they ignored our request and gave us a corner room when there were non-corner rooms available, and then flatly denied it. Second, they made us wait at the door for over 10 minutes; if we hadn't called a second time, we wouldn't have even noticed the front desk had already left. This is the first time I've given a bad review on Ctrip. Chaka Town is a popular tourist town with many other options, but this place had mediocre hygiene facilities and terrible service. "This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Qinghai-Gansu loop trip. The room was incredibly comfortable, and having an oxygen supply was a great bonus. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches: welcome fruit and a farewell souvenir were both pleasant surprises. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served on the second floor, and the food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options – I was very impressed! They also offer a free shuttle to scenic spots, as well as a complimentary laundry room and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our journey. The hotel concierge was responsive, enthusiastic, and responsible, helping me resolve many issues and problems. Highly recommend!"
