I was second time in this hotel, The hotel needs a little renovation and work on the breakfasts which are very poor.

It’s a good place to stay, location is good, customer service is good but room could be maintained properly, it needs to clean, take out carpets, wash down bathroom properly and do a deep cleaning and maintenance. I would recommend cause it’s not a bad place to stay but it just needs up keeping.

房間很大，隔音不錯，毛巾很新。看着有點舊，但是挺乾淨的，早餐是簡餐。房間帶一個小陽台，外面能看到鏡湖，很漂亮，距離步行街很近，樓下有小吃一條街。市政府在周邊商圈挖地下停車場，需要繞路。距離輕軌站有點距離，步行10多分鐘。

衞生差，玻璃桌子都厚厚一層灰。酒店門口一圈鐵皮圍起來裏面在修路。噪音很大。酒店設施都很陳舊一股黴味。看看空調開關。最差的就是服務。三百多定的酒店，誰能信晚上空調開着沒用。11點多硬是熱醒，打電話給前台，前台説沒達到什麼温度要求中央空調總開關沒開所以房間裏開了也沒用。難道空調不是住宿的基本要求嗎？面對這樣的問題酒店沒有任何解決問題的方式，衹説不好意思。這麼多年體驗過最差的酒店！！！！！並且預訂的時候前台非説沒有房了，阻撓客人從網上定，要求從線下定。明明還有很多房。重點是前台很拽。🙂300多一晚，空調都開不起。垃圾！

地理位置非常好，就在步行街的一頭，鏡湖邊上。老酒店雖然設施比較成就，豪華的大堂能看見當日風采。大堂接待親切可愛，早餐品種雖然簡單，但是能夠吃飽吃好。服務員也熱情，出酒店送了兩袋小點心。床品乾淨衞生。

被子有血跡，阿姨來，直接套被套，套的時候被子扔地上，第二天的早餐，簡直太差了，打掃房子的阿姨，簡直餐廳服務員，咖啡機裏是白開水，自己泡速溶咖啡，不是現磨的！吐司沒有夾子，就超市買的袋裝，每個人用手直接拿，提醒了幾次，阿姨説沒有夾子！早餐品種找到可憐，喝的➕吃的，也就10個品種，沒有水果酸奶，民宿都比他強！做最不滿意的，就是早餐！白白浪費了這麼好的地段！我不是挑剔的人，從來不評價，這次實在忍不住，寫了一堆！真的，好好改進吧！矮！

設施：基本齊全，有些老舊。空調不給力，降温了沒有熱風；窗户太小，顯得房間陰沉沉的。
衞生：基本整潔，保潔打掃比較及時。
環境：由於政府項目施工，周邊比較雜亂。地庫停車還算方便。酒店靠玄武湖邊，可以走走看看。距離蕪湖古城比較近，白天晚上都值得去逛逛。
服務：基本到位。早餐主食偏多，除一些小鹹菜外沒有其他菜，餐廳比較小，你正在吃飯旁邊就有人在等座位。

我確定這是我當年住不起的酒店！雖然現在看來裝修風格有些舊了，但是依然可見當年奢華的模樣~房間很大，寬敞明亮，有冰箱洗衣機電磁爐……密碼櫃，電動窗簾……前台接待我們的服務人員態度很好，是訓練有素專業敬業的那種，讓我不禁感慨:賺錢要趁早~當年誰人住過這個房間呢？期待重裝後的下次體驗！

鏡湖邊，出來就是步行街，吃的都有，老刁牛肉麪、麻辣燙、小高米線、小邢板栗，都很方便，走到步行街口就可以坐地鐵去方特，太好玩了，酒店環境和房間都很贊洗澡水特別大，性價比超高
