酒店漂亮，干净，地方很好。 I would really suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Wuhan, is affordable, clean, near to subway, has all the necessities, just besides a very good scenic spot. Highly recommend it.

酒店位於楚河漢街旁邊，入住當天早上就接到前台電話，告知來店方式，服務特別好，住了幾天，感覺非常舒適，而且性價比非常高，推薦給大家。
設施：房間配備齊全，有洗衣機冰箱投影儀，免費提供瓶裝水，一次性浴巾面巾，牙刷拖鞋，一應俱全。
衞生：房間衞生做得很好，每天都有阿姨打掃，細節處也處理得非常不錯。
環境：酒店旁邊就是沙湖公園，後面就是圖書館，樓下就是楚河漢街，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便，外賣還能直接送到門口。
服務：選擇酒店的時候也是衝著他家服務來的，服務特別好，會提前聯繫確認來店方式，告知到店路線，店員熱情推薦附近有什麼好吃的好玩的，賓至如歸的感覺，入住期間有什麼需求她們響應也非常快，沒有一點不耐煩，以後一定會再來的！

特地來武漢看櫻花～連住了4個晚上！非常舒適的一次旅程！首先酒店的房間很有特色，每個房間的主題都不一樣，都是很新！很乾凈的！空間很大！房間還有大大的投影，晚上看電影很爽！武漢這幾天都下雨，前台還貼心提供雨傘借用！前台小姐姐也是很熱情地推薦必逛的景點和美食！這幾天的旅程賓至如歸的感覺！配套設施齊全～出行交通也方便！武漢的櫻花很美～下次來還住北島哦！

地理位置優越，非常容易找到！房間乾淨整潔！也很新！推開窗就能看到湖景！樓下就是步行街，非常熱鬧！洗手間沒異味！一次性用品、洗浴用品等等都非常齊全！前台也非常熱心！點贊👍下次還住！

房間打掃服務很到位，老闆溝通方便，下單後主動聯繫我，遇到問題或需要幫忙老闆都提供幫助，還能給周邊遊玩建議，景色很好，推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻

來武漢出差，住了幾家酒店，北島酒店是住得最滿意的，酒店位置極佳，樓下是楚河漢街吃喝玩樂都很方便，房間設施齊全，空調洗衣機投影儀滿足出差需求，床軟硬適中，一覺睡到大天明，辦理入住手續很便捷，前台工作人員業務熟練，房間衞生做得很好，在這裏住了好幾家酒店，這家衞生是做得最好的，工作人員服務態度非常好，無論多晚都會及時迴應，非常奈斯，點贊！！！

房間很大，且乾淨整潔，設施也很全。房子保温性能很好，雖然外邊天冷居然不用開空調也能感覺很温暖。窗外景觀很不錯，楚河漢街和湖泊盡在眼前。床也相當舒服，適合旅途休頓。Highly recommend.

今年春節第一次到武漢旅遊，住了十晚，這家住了一晚，就這家添堵，這棟樓有很多酒店，建議能不住就不要住這裏。
1.設施和衞生都一般，有一個投影電視、電吹風和水壺，沒其他東西，沒有浴巾，有個一次性的浴巾，你也不敢用，不知道要不要收費。這棟樓別的酒店還能多個洗衣機，他們家沒有，住他們家辦入住的時候必須先給一百按金，現在不管大小酒店，需要給按金的已經不多了，他們的解釋是有些住客不按時退房、拖延，交按金有個約束。按金是你退房了之後，下午3點統一退。
2.服務很差，辦入住的時候前台沒人，打預留的手機號碼，結果手機在前台桌子上，等了十來分鐘不見人。跟前台多要兩雙一次性拖鞋，馬上就問你們房間有幾個人入住，要不派出所要來找。房間裏面開了20多度的空調暖氣，給孩子買的酸奶怕太熱變質，拿到前台想放冰箱一晚，我都放冰箱裏麪去了，他們不耐煩的説你貼在房間窗户放就行了。我都震驚了，當即把酸奶從冰箱裏麪拿了出來，難道非要放你這裏？別的酒店都是儘可能讓客人滿意，這裏就是怎麼不給他們找麻煩，能看出這酒店服務多差，大過年的，就在這家添堵。
服務好的不用浪費時間寫評價，服務差的，要讓更多人看到。
