Spacious and tidy room. The authority should pay more attention to hotel management. Front desk guys are efficient but they lack of one thing - SMILE😊 There was a ripping towel hanging in the bathroom 🙄 the hair dryer was too dirty to touch and use🙄🙄. This little things should get more attention to avoid creating bad impression about the hotel. Btw, there is no good restaurant nearby. I took taxi to go to the busy street and have meals.

整體感受：國際青旅價位的星級酒店！中式復古的裝修風格貫穿整個酒店，古色古香的院角茶歇，大堂紅木傢俱點綴氛圍，外加4座超大古玉雕塑價值奢華，前台唐朝壁畫展開，古典茶吧的姐姐身穿漢服滿面春風，足以看出老闆是附庸風雅之人！辦理入住的小姐姐動作很快，跑堂的小哥哥端茶送水貼心，愛了愛了！從每層電梯間風格變換可以看出，店家是想讓我們感受到，走進酒店回到家裡。房間採光一流，空氣清新，視野頂級。設施設備很完善，洗漱用品品質很高，床上用品睡上去很舒服，隔音很贊！熱水好大，是我目前感受過最大的一家酒店。地段優越，出行便利，加上價格，性價比爆棚！重點説下服務這塊，前台給了一份超級全的武漢旅遊攻略，回來經過前台總是主動説回來啦，問玩的開不開心之類的，第一次遇到如此親切的酒店，我給100分！！！

下樓就是地鐵站，三條地鐵線路交匯，前後左右都有公交車站，還有3層停車場，順心！
【周邊設施】
前面有一座非常大的集購物美食休閑於一體的萬象城，右邊有一條特色咖啡文化街，後面有3家醫院，左邊有一家很大的公立圖書館，省心！
【酒店內外】
很高很大很寬很敞亮，暢談人生的院落、芬芳迷人的雅座、功能齊全的大堂、笑臉相迎的前台，愜意入住。24K鍍金電梯，奢華不失禮速。開闊的視野，讓心胸豁達；泉眼般的熱水，給肌膚SPA；親柔的床品，讓身心舒暢。夕陽西下，在窗邊沙發上品一杯卡布提諾，歲月靜好；萬家燈火時，在窗邊沙發上喝一杯陳釀，人生幾何。生活在乾淨整潔的房間裏，安心！

武漢三天兩夜之旅，下榻武漢兆瑞國際大酒店。
酒店地理位置非常不錯，出門步行3-5分鐘就是3，6，7號線，步行9分鐘至武漢萬象滙商業。
衞生：乾淨整潔，非常不錯。
服務：前台小哥哥非常貼心，很好，下次來武漢還會再定這邊。

酒店地理位置優越，在市中心，交通方便，出門就是地鐵站，到火車站、機場以及出遊都很方便，前台客服服務態度都很好，尤其接待我們的李文娟美女服務特別周到，由於我們預訂的酒店客房有誤，將雙床房誤訂為大床房，客服李文娟給我們升級了豪華雙床房，解決了我們的後顧之憂。再次去武漢一定會繼續入住的。

設施：房間比較寬敞，裝修風格看有些年頭了，維護不太理想，衣架掉漆磨損厲害，浴室推拉標識牌缺失，書桌前的兩口插座鬆動，手機充電器插進去會掉。
服務：電話前台請再送一雙拖鞋，前台男生告訴我一個分機號碼，讓我換個號碼打。這個流程看似沒問題，前台分工明確，客人應該搞清楚具體的配送部門。但很少碰到這麼操作的星級酒店。
環境：走路能到地鐵站，香格里拉就在對面馬路，邊上也有麥當勞、萬象城等等，出行比較方便。

酒店交通非常方便，離地鐵口非常近，幾分鐘就到了。房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，安靜，適合旅遊後好好休息。前台服務熱情好客，微笑服務。周邊還有很多好吃的，地理位置得天獨厚。下次到武漢繼續入住該酒店。
