房間很不錯，我比較喜歡有窗户，剛好攜程有優惠，體驗還可以。前台服務不夠主動，沒有提前通知早餐地點和早餐券，最後提醒大家，早餐還不錯哦。

酒店很智能，還有機器人送東西。房間內設施很新，很乾凈，前台服務員也不錯的。位置好，停車場卻很方便。就是靠高架邊的房間，不關窗，稍微有些吵。

個人認為衞生方向稍微差一些，躺床上能看到頭髮，隔音也比較差，優點就是，對面是公安廳，對於女孩子來説比較安全

衞生不行首先進房間一大股煙味，然後地上還有煙頭，床單也是破洞的，但是由於太晚了，就沒有更換房間

房間衞生還可以，會有人來打掃房間而且還會有一次性拖鞋的添加！環境也還好，沒有那麼嘈雜！但是最不好的一點是酒店前台服務人員真的很過分，説話語氣就像是我欠錢一樣，而且我是未成年人訂房，法律規定監護人同意就行，我在長沙住酒店都是打電話給監護人同意了就好了！結果到她這兒就不行了，説什麼公安廳就在對面，是在對面，但是你走法律程序不也可以嗎？就是因為五一期間我定房子定的早沒掙到錢，然後就想找辦法攆我們走，後來看我們之前有未成年住房經驗又説可以了！真服了，你五一期間酒店價格飛漲還有臉幹出這種事情來，我之前訂房五百塊錢定了兩個晚上，結果五一六百塊錢定一個晚上，真服了！想錢想瘋了！而且這個酒店地理位置還遠，坐公交和地鐵要好長時間呢！就憑酒店服務人員那個態度也得是差評！差評就因為酒店服務人員態度不好！

房間小的可憐，我不知道哪一點跟豪華沾邊，我訂的三晚的房，房卡卻是要我每天再跑一遍前台充磁，電視也是小的可憐，十幾年前的閉路電視，不是網絡電視，WiFi信號也很差，廁所一直都在反味兒，每天在外面回來，最先迎接我的總是那一股惡臭，廁所同樣很小，總共大概就三平米可能還不到，淋浴間的門跟廁所門根本沒法同時開，我訂的是什麼豪華大床房，沒有一個地方跟豪華沾邊，房間小的不能再小，房間是309號房，入住體驗極差
