Coming from the U.S., I honestly was skeptical when booking this place, I usually stay at U.S. brands, but because of this hotel’s convenient location, I stayed here for 7 nights, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazingly friendly (and some spoke well English), room was spacious and very clean. The hotel has modern decor and is located in an area close to shopping, lots of good food, bus and subway stations. Will definitely be back.

The staff here are great. Rooms are very large so plenty of space to relax in. Local pub and other eateries just a few meters away so very convenient.

完美的住宿體驗，超值的選擇，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從房間到設施，從服務到交通，都讓我覺得非常滿意。房間非常的寬敞明亮，床品很舒適，讓我有一個優質的休息環境。
酒店的設施也都很齊全，有健身房、洗衣房等，服務方面前廳部門的陶慧小姐姐熱情的解答，周邊有很多特色的小吃和景點，這裡是一個非常理想的下榻之地，另外地理位置也很好，強烈推薦這家酒店，絕對物超所值！

並不是非常愉快的入住體驗。
入住的時候，前台小姐姐看着我走到她面前，完全沒有要打招呼的意思，也沒關係吧，正常辦理就行。
重點來了，第二天去吃早餐。我大概8點55分到的3樓餐廳，結果裏面的所有粉面都沒有了，我就説怎麼這樣？裏面的一位好像是負責人的女的説，我們這裏本來就9點半就結束。。。意思是我去晚了沒吃的活該😓。。。
你們早餐時間9點半結束，我8點55去是有多晚？
整個餐廳到處都是沒有清理的餐桌。
我相信看到這條評價，酒店會有工作人員在下面説不好意思抱歉之類的話，大可不必如此，沒有意義。給當天的住客打個回訪電話核實情況，適當給予補償也許有用。

洒店服務員態度非常友善, 效率高，房間整潔,整齊,衛生非常好，房間大,床也非常舒適，只是早晨食物選擇不多

去的比較晚，服務人員幫我升級房間説換了個大的。整體環境還很乾凈，唯一就是房間煙味很刺鼻，不知道是不是上一個顧客留下的，建議店家多除去味道，不然很影響睡眠質量。昨晚上一晚上基本沒睡着。

不錯，挺喜歡的，附近有兩個地鐵口，對面有個武商城奧萊，旁邊有個盒馬鮮生，下次來武漢還住這個！
早餐的話，總體還可以，味道的話可能炒麪有待提高，
