Larger than average room, with large and clear floor-to-ceiling windows. There is plenty of sunlight and a very good view. And all the things are clean. All supplies are clean and neat. There are power plug and USB interfaces and charging is convenient. Washing Machine with detergent are there. Vela's service attitude at the front desk is very nice and considerate. Must choose this next time you come to Wuhan!

沃德酒店環境各方面還是很好的，前台服務人員服務態度很好！自己經常來住沃德酒店一住都是兩三天！之前住精品大床房前台都會升級房型！第二次入住的時候有空房前台小姐姐都沒有去升級房型！落差感還是很大的，畢竟是老客户了！升級房間之後的體驗感超級好，有超大投影屏幕，房間空間很大很舒服，沒有升級就一個小電視，有點寒酸！房間面積很小，床就衹有1.5米看着很小！體驗感不怎麼樣！後面就直接去了隔壁酒店！！希望商家多注意這些細節！

酒店前台******，死腦筋，開個發票磨磨唧唧，服務態度還差，超級差！！！房間衞生差，跟好幾天沒打掃的一樣，讓客房送物送了六個小時才送過來，隔音不好，牙刷硬的跟**鞋刷似的，不建議來，慎重

房間很大，很舒適，還可以看下窗外的景色，哈哈
不像連鎖酒店住進去很壓抑，冰箱、洗衣機、投影都有。

前台小姐姐特別好哦，還幫我免費升級了房間，投影是vip的呢什麼電視都可以看，特別喜歡他們家的落地窗看着心情就好，來住了很多次了呢！！！

衞生：差評，洗澡間地上還有垃圾，花灑水管中間小台上還有上一位住客用剩的肥皂，噁心
