I enjoyed my stay. The projector available in the room is nice for watching movies and definitely enhances the experience. The room is also clean and provides shower shoes so you don't need to walk barefoot to have a shower. Overall very nice for the price.

A nice place but a little more improvement on the bathroom cleanliness , there was hair strands on the bathroom walls but the room itself was quite nice

因為房間裏的空調漏水，所以位於空調下方桌子上的包，以及裏面的電子設備全都被水泡了（包拎起來都滴水的程度），第一時間聯繫前台處理，一直沒有上來，過了十幾分鍾以後打了第二個電話才上來處理，首先説幫忙換房間，把進了水的電子設備拿走用前台吹風機吹吹看下能不能吹好，可以的，然後給平台説明事情經過以後就出去玩了，中間的過程中平台聯繫我説在設備沒有問題的情況下酒店會免首晚房費，我們同意了，前提是設備沒有問題（劃重點），但是等到回去酒店以後，更換了前台後告知我説設備還是沒有吹好，並且疑問“事情不是解決了嗎”，前台聯繫經理以後説可以去給我修，我剛買一個月的機器（有訂單截圖）難道要給我去不知名小店拆開維修嗎？我不能接受，我衹能接受等價賠付或者去原廠家售後維修處理，後面我再次去平台投訴，平台幫助解決了問題，出現問題後全程沒有感受到酒店溝通的態度，反而處理得一拖再拖，運氣不太好的朋友不推薦過來，如果遇到了相同的事情真的會很糟心，以上發生的事情全部有照片視頻通話記錄保存，如果有哪裡不實可以來求證。

各方面都絕對是物超所值，前台的姐姐態度也很好，服務周到。投影很好，不卡頓。衞生也是可以的，隔音也不錯。

乾淨衞生，地理位置好，經常來住，周邊好吃的很多啊，點外賣啥都點得到，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。

設施：還有冰箱，夏天入住隨時可以喝到冰飲料真的很好
衞生：挺乾淨的，每天都會有阿姨打掃
環境：在後湖，離地鐵很近，周圍吃的也很多，挺方便的
服務：服務很貼心，不管前台小姐姐，還是打掃的阿姨都很負責，態度也好，有什麼問題都很耐心的解答！
