Very nice hotel. Room was clean and spacious - especially the bathroom. Breakfast selection was excellent. There are 3 metro stations close to the hotel and main tourist sites are a short distance away.
However the area around the hotel is very desolate. There are no restaurants or even shops close by.

An easy hotel to use as a jump off spot, close to East Lake and easy to explore Wuhan historical sights. The staff was very attentive.

地理位置：完美 走路三分鐘就是地鐵站 這是這個酒店最大的優勢
服務態度：除了第一天辦理入住時態度一般以外 其餘的時候都很不錯 如果行李太重的話會有人幫忙拿行李
酒店設施：洗手間的開關還有床頭插座需要進行維修 接觸時常不穩定 洗手間的開關按幾次都沒反應 機器人送餐 社恐人士友好 如果機器人沒空的話服務人員會幫忙拿上來

比較老舊的商務型酒店
若不是客户在這裏辦供應商會議自己可能根本不會來這。
優勢離地鐵真的很近，剩餘的全是缺點了。
房間中規中矩，無論大床雙床都是一樣的格局，洗手間是透明的。私隱全無。
其次本人提前一天到達，自助了一天，和酒店協調後面幾天不準備換房間了能否協調下，完全沒得商量。一樣的，一樣的訂單，就是不可以！沒得商量，什麼是商量就是客人有問題發生，需要你們去協調，你們協調都不協調規避自己的麻煩不同意。
其次：雙床房兩個人給一張房卡，我們的會晤是分組模式的，時間也不一樣，多要一張房卡都不給這算什麼。當天很晚下樓做房卡，詢問早餐事宜，那位女士根本沒有查清楚武斷的回答衹有一份早餐，每個房間都是。再次解釋我們是會務，應該都是安排好的，還是回答就是一份早餐。後來自行詢問了會務組是2份早餐。這種工作人員可以開除一百次了！
再者晚上致電需要冰塊，等了半個小時也不送來，一個解釋的電話都沒有，你不問就不給你回覆，快11點了，給你説廚房下班了，沒有冰塊了！真的很不專業！

設施：有點老舊，花灑出水比較小，電梯速度有點慢
衞生：不錯
環境：大堂明亮，但往客房電梯間路程的空間比較，暗，裝潢風格和傢俱擺設有點老式
服務：工作人員服務態度很好
房間窗外風景漂亮，酒店靠近地鐵站，附近沒啥餐廳

這兩天趕上櫻花季，到酒店的時候沒做乾淨等了一會，乾淨後酒店也會及時聯繫，為表歉意mona送了一份果盤，酒店的服務該説不説還是挺不錯的，去附近的幾個景點也很方便，還會考慮住這邊的。

服務人員都非常親切，公司在這附近，經常會幫同事訂房，mona小姐姐都認識我了，同事入住反饋都特別好，房間有歡迎水果，衞生情況也都不錯，旁邊有一個沙湖公園，湖景很美值得入住。

酒店大堂很高檔，房間採光也很好，都是落地窗，7號線新河街一出來就能看到酒店大門，前台jett服務也很熱心，幫忙升級了房間
