Kresna Hotel Wonosobo

"Ik verbleef onlangs in Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo en helaas had ik een zeer negatieve ervaring. Ondanks het boeken van een Deluxe Kamer bevond het hotel zich in een zeer slechte staat. Omdat het personeel erg gastvrij was, ontbrak de netheid van de kamer. Het was duidelijk dat er vóór onze aankomst niet goed was schoongemaakt. De vloeren waren vies en er waren zichtbare vlekken op verschillende oppervlakken. Dit was behoorlijk teleurstellend, vooral gezien de kamer uit de hogere categorie die we hadden gekozen. Bovendien was de staat van de badkamer alarmerend. Het was volledig bedekt met schimmel. De aanwezigheid van schimmel duidt niet alleen op slecht onderhoud, maar brengt ook gezondheidsrisico’s voor de gasten met zich mee. Dit niveau van nalatigheid was onaanvaardbaar en had een grote invloed op onze algehele ervaring. Bovendien was de staat van het zwembad ook onvoldoende. Het leek alsof er gebrek aan onderhoud was, omdat het zwembad vies en niet goed verzorgd leek. Dit was teleurstellend, omdat een van de redenen om voor dit hotel te kiezen het genieten van de zwembadfaciliteiten was. Over het geheel genomen is de Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo dringend toe aan renovatie en renovatie. De slechte staat van de kamers, de beschimmelde badkamer en het verwaarloosde zwembad hadden een grote invloed op de kwaliteit van ons verblijf. The Cabin Tanjung Hotel Wonosobo

"The Cabin Tanjung HOTEL, located just 10 minutes south of Wonosobo Alun Alun, is definitely the place to stay if you plan on visiting the area and need a base for an overnight stay or longer. The rooms are a good size and are clean and comfortable with everything, including the all important air conditioning, as well as satellite TV fully working and everything exactly as described in the description and photos! I mentioned that it would be nice to have some ice and within minutes there was a knock at my door with ice and glasses! The breakfast was also of a high standard and (for Western guests) rice was Not part of the menu!!! 😂 Both reception and room service are excellent with English speaking staff in attendance and extremely helpful - thanks to Tugan & Yudi as well as the young lady who checked me in! Normally room service menus are limited but not at the Cabin Tanjung! A great selection including "Western dishes" was readily available and delivered by extremely courteous young members of staff who also spoke some English, embarrassing me with my lack of knowledge of the Indonesian language!! 😂 It was a pity I didn't know of this "little gem" earlier in my tour of Java and particularly the Dieng region and nearby town of Kaliwiro! Only 30 minutes drive away, Kaliwiro is set in beautiful countryside hills and is a pleasant & compact town without any hotels (no tourists!! 😂) and really gives an insight into what a real typical Javanese town looks like with welcoming "locals" eager to meet you! 👍 Normally I don't eat at hotels but after only a 2 night stay here I definitely will be returning to continue my exploration of their room service menu!!😂  Thanks to all the staff who made me feel so welcome during my stay - definitely a "little gem in Wonosobo, Indonesia" "

"The service was lacking. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the trash in front hadn't been thrown away, and the bathroom was still dirty. The security guard wasn't on site, so he wasn't responsive to complaints. Drinking water wasn't available at first, and my husband said the electricity was unstable, too. The room lights were out, and the Wi-Fi was also down. It's not worth it for the price of 500. Access is also a winding staircase, making it difficult for those with suitcases. I won't be booking here again and I highly don't recommend it."
