Stayed the night for a quick trip to Lego Land. Right down the road from the park. Plenty of food choices around. Front desk was very attentive and friendly.

Everything was great. The reception personnel were very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to our destination. I will definitely stay again.

Property is located in a great location. However I was eaten up by BEDBUGS on my arms and the staff was extremely mean and rude to the kids on our sports team, a parent witnessed this behavior and recorded it to show the coaches. I will never stay at or recommend the Holiday Inn at Winter Haven again.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn at Winter Haven. It was much more affordable than the Legoland hotel properties. It was clean and convenient. The staff was above and beyond welcoming. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. This was a great stay at a very reasonable price. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Check in was great front desk was very nice. The room was musty and smelt terrible. Packed up my family and drove 3 hours home because it was so bad. Also hotel would not provide refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff was super friendly, especially the bartenders. The room was clean though the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Good counter space in the bathroom (I despise small counters when traveling). Lots of electrical outlets and usb ports. The mattresses could use an upgrade, while not uncomfortable they were getting there. Sound really carries from the other rooms.
The room was laid out nicely.
