"When we arrived, the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. We were told we could eat at the restaurant right off the lobby so we planned to eat dinner there. When we arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later, they told us we could not eat there unless we had made prior reservations due to a wedding they had next door. The lady told us “we have to prioritize the wedding of 200 people”. I asked where we should eat and the lady shrugged. One of the waiters, who was very kind apologized and recommended the bar . They had some dishes from their restaurant menu. We were pretty irritated because we were both exhausted and the lady was very rude to us. We watched 20+ people get turned away from eating dinner due to this wedding. I completely understand that they need to focus on a wedding and the food for the wedding, however we should’ve been told about this when we arrived that the restaurant wasn’t available unless we had already made a reservation. The resort is very nice and there was a lot of fun things you can do there, but some of the staff were quite unkind."

"We hielden van deze kleine accommodatie! Onze tieners passen perfect op de bunk bedden en we vonden het ontbijt ook leuk. De douche was schoon en warm en de linnen waren mooi. Super makkelijk om de MOOVR naar de berg te vangen om sneeuwbord. Het was leuk om in de stad te zitten bij de brandblusjes voor de kamer in de avond!"

"I discovered this wonderful Inn when looking for a last minute place near Okemo. I have now visited 2x (The Inn is maybe a 10 minute ride to the mountain). The owners Julie and Mike are the most excellent hosts. having thought of everything to make.a stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are nicely decorated and breakfast is EXCELLENT. The sheets on the beds are so special, like sleeping on a cloud!!! Beyond the rooms is also a cozy and inviting living room with gas fireplace. It is the perfect place to enjoy afternoon soups, hot cider and the bottomless cookie jar.... along with great tea selection! You can not go wrong staying here. Check out Murdock's on the Green down the road, recommended by the hosts. Excellent food, great service."

We hadden altijd gehoopt om daar te gasten, maar de ruimte was eerder gereserveerd voor een nieuw huwelijksweekend. Toen het onverwacht openging, riep Lisa me onmiddellijk en werd snel onze rechterhand in het plannen van begin tot eind. De hele ervaring was naadloos - en echt leuk. We konden niet gelukkiger zijn dat we Castle Hill gekozen hadden. Het is elegant, klassiek en ongelooflijk speciaal, en we zouden het van harte aan iedereen die een mooi evenement wil hosten. "The experience at the Holiday Inn on April 11th was the worst. As soon as we checked in and entered the room, it was as hot as if we had stepped into a sauna. The room temperature gauge showed 82 degrees, and despite our attempts to lower it, the room kept getting hotter, making it difficult to even breathe. Unable to bear it any longer, I called the front desk, only to be told that the heating system was broken and they couldn't adjust the room temperature. If the hotel's most important facility, the HVAC system, was broken, it is the duty of the front desk to inform guests upon check-in. However, nobody informed us of such, and the room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to stay. We spent the night with windows open, wearing t-shirts, unable to get any sleep. By morning, all three of us in the family had high fevers, swollen throats, and found it difficult to swallow.If such a critical HVAC system failure occurred in the hotel, they should have informed guests first upon check-in and asked whether they still wanted to proceed with their stay. I am very angry and disappointed, and I strongly desire to receive credit for this matter."
