This is a basic, long-term-stay hotel. As such there are no frills. However, the room, cleanliness, helpful staff, safety measures and the ability to adjust the room temperature made my stay very comfortable. A box of facial tissues in the room would be helpful.

I only gave it two stars because the lady at the front desk was such a sweetheart, she was very kind and made us feel at home after a very long trip. The room was inmaculate super clean and what I loved the most is that it wooden floors and not carpet! We all know how dirty those can get... now to why we didn't give it anymore stars, as soon as we walked in we saw some suspicious activity (S_X)in broad daylight!! we managed to not pay much attention to it so the kids wouldn't notice. Then the hallway reeked of **** and it was so strong it was giving me a headache. Once I saw how nice the room was I brushed it off... Then come the night there was a lot of banging on the walls.... and bed movement if you know what I mean.... then lots of noise coming from the outside and kids or teenagers running down the hallway. It could be that because we went during spring break weekend things might have been a bit crazier than usual but we are not sure we want to give it another try especially traveling with small children :(

I had a confirmed reservation for 2 beds in one room. When I got there, they said they did not have any rooms with 2 beds so they put us in two separate rooms. We declined and stayed in the one bed. The desk person took my drivers license (I assume to make a copy). This was on a Tuesday I checked out the next day at 11. On that Friday, I went to airport, only to find I had no ID. Fortunately, they let me on the plane. After looking thoroughly for my license without success, I called the hotel to see if was there. "Oh yes, it's right here, come pick it up". By now I was in Massachusetts, and the license was in Florida. I asked if they could mail it to me. The staff person said yes, I'll put it in the mail tomorrow (Saturday). By the next Thursday, it had not arrived. I called the hotel again and was told, "oh, yes, it's right here, come get it". I explained I was 1500 miles away and they had said they would send it when I called 7 days ago. They said that desk clerks were not allowed to mail anything, it would have to be done by a manager who would not be in until the next day. I still do not have it. I do not understand why there was no attempt to return the license to me while I was at the hotel or any attempt to reach me by phone or email when they realized they had the license. Then, not to have the ability to put it in an envelope and mail it (they had asked me if the address on the license was the one they should mail it to - I had said "yes"). This is a nightmare!

Was a great hotel and very nice staff. Just wish we knew there was no hair dryer in advance and would have been 5 stars.

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Christy is a rude and obnoxious employee, with zero professionalism, no business ethics and no hospitality training whatsoever. I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with her here. I was in town for my daughter's (who is a minor) debate competition. I had booked a suite with two queen beds and a couch. The employee Saige told me that since the suite was occupied, they can offer us two rooms with queen beds. This was okay, I asked for the rooms to be next to each other since I was with my wife and my daughter so that we all could be together and my daughter wouldn't have to be completely alone. Saige agreed and assigned us two rooms next to each other and I gave my card information for her to complete that transaction. While all of this is happening, Christy gave to rooms to someone else and charged my card, Saige reprimanded her to which Christy replied snarkily that she was just doing her job. Now I was charged for rooms I did not get and so I asked that those rooms be given to me since I was charged, Christy at this point started mouthing off. They gave me rooms completely far off, charged me for them and Christy told me to either take the rooms or leave. At this point I called the manager (Marcus), who despite being on the premise did not bother to show his face. We waited 2 hours for him to show up. I sincerely hope that this review is given precedence and guests take this as a warning to avoid both Marcus and Chri

Room was large and comfortable. Had a kitchenette but you need your own dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The only negative we had was how noisy it was. The people above us were dragging chairs around for hours, late at night and early in the mornings. Walls and floors are thin. We probably should have complained to the front desk but didn’t.

The "hotel " and room were clean. The bed was hard as a rock. The A/C was very cold. Since it was the least expensive option in the area to stay while attending a concert at IThink Ampitheater, I don't have anything bad to say. A rug or carpet under the bed would help with other reviews' noise complaints. Overall, this room served its purpose well and we felt safe.

Stay was very good and the staff was excellent. My only issue was that the towels, some were stained and should be replaced when in that condition.
