"Very poor service. The deposit was not successfully deducted when checking in (the hotel did not inform us of the failure and how much deposit was deducted), and was notified until the next morning when we checked out, and they wanted to deduct $151.71 (we had already paid the room fee to the platform before checking in, and we don’t know why so much deposit was deducted, and we had already checked out). The system showed that it could not be deducted, and the hotel asked us to leave first and call us back. When we called 2 hours after leaving the hotel, they said there was a problem with the deduction and it could not be deducted, and they said they would give us a reply before 4 pm. One hour later, the system directly deducted $151.71 without our consent. The hotel did not contact us until 4 pm, so we took the initiative to contact the hotel. The hotel said that it had been passed to their manager and would reply to us at the latest tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Now 10 days have passed, and the hotel has not responded, and the deposit has not been refunded. This is the hotel with the worst service we have encountered during our trip to North America. Not recommended."

"We waren de hele nacht op weg naar de Keys. Huisdieren waren toegestaan. We hadden een junior King suite op de derde verdieping en het was heel rustig, schoon en mooi. De gratis ontbijtbar had de gebruikelijke gekraakte eieren, maak je eigen wafels, enz. Er was een mooie grote ruimte met veel tafels, dus het leek niet vol. Er was een zeer mooie koffieservice met lichte en donkere gebrande koffie, decafeïne en warm water en een persoon die het aanstelde om snel de vaten te vullen. Wou hier weer blijven!"

"The hotel was not in a nice area. Very industrial. The downstairs of the hotel is nice but once you get into your room, it’s popcorn ceilings, scratchy sheets, no headboards, very old furniture and the shower looked like the had recalled it multiple times. The staff was friendly but for $500 for 2 nights I expect more."

"The reception staff were unsatisfactory: they asked guests for their payment cards without thoroughly checking the reservation; only later did they realize the cards had already been paid. The receptionists were rigid when handling check-in/check-out and bothered guests with inaccurate answers, wasting their time. They were unfriendly and seemed to discriminate against Asian guests, making the experience uncomfortable."
