I loved the room

僅僅是住一晚湊和一下，各方面真的很一般。當天挺冷多要被子也沒有。但前台態度還一直不錯。

Love the staff. Especially Anthony! Very welcoming and accommodating! Our room was a decent size and when our micro stopped working he had another on in our Room in 10 mins. Can’t ask for More. Never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of promptly! Thank you all!

THE WORST STAY OF MY LIFE. I HAD A FIVE YEAR OLD WITH ME AS WELL .. I Came In, I had a reservation for a room and it took them 30 minutes to find my room. I had ordered a queen room, two queen beds. They gave me a room with a tiny one bed. I went back and told them , and they tried to argue with me , that wasn’t what I paid for until I showed them the receipt. They finally found a room for me , and there wasn’t any toilet paper or towels in my room. They promised to bring the items in, and I waited and waited. Went to the office 3 times to get denied towels . They said they didn’t have any left. My room keys then stopped working when I had left the hotel. I went to the office again and they had me in the system as my room was canceled and had to re fix all of that again. This happened 3 times as well. The room lights would not shut off. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. I then went to the office again to complain and nobody was found in the office and they locked the doors. There were roaches all in the room. I found about 7 roaches and complained as well and they said they would call maintenance, never did. And they would switch my room (for the 3rd time) . The overall stay was awful. My hotel neighbors had 3 dogs in their room and they barked all day and night. The people here were super sketchy and you should have seen the line of people in the front office who were complaining about something. I spent 530$ for three days and they refuse to refund me

The refrigerator was broken and it didn't keep our food cold. There are gnats and fruit flies in the bathroom. There is a cigarette butt under the ac. And the AC rattled every time it kicked on keeping me and my boyfriend up all night and when we got there there are no pillows and no towels there is one towel between two of us. Would not recommend and we paid 162.00 for the crappy room

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE! From the internet photos, and from the outside, this facility looks like many similar hotels . Checking in, it seemed unusual that the attractive lady in front of us was paying in cash. When we drove around the building to our room, there was a suspicious person just sitting in the vehicle next to our parking spot. I realize "suspicious" is totally subjective, but sometimes your "gut" tells you. There were very "sketchy" characters walking about the back parking lot, and we noticed a sign warning that "ski masks" were prohibited -- i.e ones that might be used for criminal activity in warm and sunny south Florida. Walking into our room, we noticed that the metal door had large "bang" dents -- as if someone tried to use a hammer to gain entry. The room had two beds, but only ONE pillow on each, and only a sheet with NO COVERS. Might the room be used for ************? There were cigarette burn marks on the one small table. It looked like a slum. It took only a minute for us to turn around and go fast to the office for an immediate cancellation. We are only glad we had this bad experience in DAYLIGHT. I have been around many blocks. But I would not like being here after dark!

Not fit for human habitation. This place should be shut down by the health department. There was literally a can of bed bug spray on the floor. Trash in our room, our mattresses were slashed and had no pillows or sheets or anything, dead bugs and trash on the floor, and the accumulative smell of years of smoking despite reserving a non-smoking room. Lady at the front desk lied about reimbursing us the $354 we spent on three rooms. I even have an audio recording of it on my phone. They essentially scammed us. Shut this place down. I’ll be researching how to report them.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER I SHOWED UP MY ROOM WAS BOT READY HADNT BEEN CLEANED!!! THE BEDS HAD ROACHES IN THEM.. To top off everything! They would not refund me my money that I spent!! Screw yall this is the worst place ever

I don't write reviews and I never complain but in this case I have to. I checked in for a 1 week stay yesterday.. I've been in a lot of cheap hotels and have seen a lot but this place takes the cake.. I first got in and realized that there was no remote for the TV.. No biggie got1 from the office and continued unpacking.. To hen I realized there's no trashcan.. No biggie went to the office and asked and they said they'd bring me 1 ,Well an hour later I went back and found 1 behind the office. No biggie I stopped by and told them I found one.. Went back and finished unpacking and went straight to sleep.. When I got up it was dark and had to get supplies.. Before I made it out the parking lot 2 different men approached me selling *****.. No biggie I live in the city it happens..Ate and went back to sleep. Woke up at 5 am and went to the bathroom without my sandals.. Big mistake,, I stepped on a piece of glass it went right in my little toe and hurts like hell . I can't get it out and I m limping like a was vet.i knew the place needed cleaning so thats my fault. Anyhow I lumped to the office because I needed a broom and the wifi password they gave me "welcome" being only 7 letters wasn't working..I was nice to everyone said please and thank you, they told me the password even though the password they wrote the day before was wrong.. The pictures are of 1. Thepile of trash I got out of the bath and kitchen ( I still haven't swept the bedroom).. 2 My poorlutle piggy.( I'm alone and I can't even reach it,so I'm screwed. 3 a picture of the wrong wifi password they gave me upon checking in.. Now I don't normally complain and n write reviews but I have 6 more days in this place and I'm really regretting my choice of saving a few bucks.. If this review let's me update I'll keep any readers posted on what's looking to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had . Please say a prayer for me..
