"Toen we het hotel voor het eerst aankwamen, waren we verbaasd op de locatie, je kunt geen dichter bij de ingang van het park komen dan deze, letterlijk stappen weg. De controle in het proces was snel en gemakkelijk. De kamer en het eigendom zelf mooi en zeer goed onderhouden, vooral was het schoon. De kamer was groot en had een keuken die altijd leuk is wanneer je met kleine mensen reis. En ze hebben ook wasserij op de site. Het zwembad is klein maar mooi en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. De enige negatieve kant op het hotel is dat er geen fitnessruimte is, geen kamerservice en de gastvrijheid beter kon zijn. Ik dacht aan een andere nacht te blijven en er waren kamers beschikbaar, maar besloot uiteindelijk te checken, ik belde en vroeg om een laat check-out en de receptie weigerde ons verzoek met vreugde te zeggen dat ze niet genoeg huishouders hadden en Daarom kon ik niet langer uitchecken, niet eens een uur. Als ze niet werden verkocht en veel kamers om te schoonmaken, waarom zou het niet laat uitchecken toegestaan zijn? Toen ik het uitchecken was snel en gemakkelijk, maar ze lijken niet onze zaak te waarderen. Alleen als u zegt dat u een e-mail ontvangt. Geen “dank voor het blijven met ons en we hopen dat u terugkomt”. Niettemin, als we terugkomen om Zion te bezoeken, die ik zeker ben dat we zullen, zullen we hier zeker weer blijven."

"All the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go. Publish this on your website so people are aware!!"
