"Absolute shambles. Walk into the hotel and made to pay for parking per day. Then get to the corridor after them mentioning the hotel was slightly flooded recently and it’s just fully stripped carpets and just concrete left. The whole hotel stank of damp and realistically everyone’s booking should’ve been cancelled until it was sorted. Then got to my room and it is just poor, sink drain plug was stuck shut so I couldn’t use a tap for 3 days (was raised to hotel staff but nothing was done) the bathroom is very outdated and damp smell. Through the 3 nights I stayed there the location of the hotel is very poor as any time you need to go to the shops or whatever you have to spend a minimum of an hour as it’s near nowhere unless you wanna pay service prices and little choices. In addition to that my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Very poor hotel never ever coming back."

"Ideale locatie als een middenpunt stopte over om een lange reis te breken. Gemakkelijke schone bedden & Value voor geld. Receptiepersoneel bij check-in en check-out zeer vriendelijk en handig. Veel dozen worden geleverd voor een renovatie, nemen kamer in de receptie, maar de receptie heeft eerst klantenservice gesteld om te zorgen dat we een goede verblijf."

"Als individuele reizigers waardeer ik de nabijheid van het hotel aan mijn kantoor, dat slechts een 10-minute wandeling is. Het hotel biedt uitstekende voorzieningen, waaronder een magnetron en koelkast, die fantastisch is. Ik was echter teleurgesteld over de beperkte parkeerplaats, het feit dat sommige restaurants op dinsdag gesloten zijn, en de niet-functionele sokken in mijn kamer, die mij tegenhielden om de koelkast te gebruiken, mijn apparaten te laden en zelfs de ketel te gebruiken. We hebben een vriendelijk personeel, Vikas en een vriendelijke dame die ik niet heb gevangen, die beide zeer helpen bij het oplossen van de socket."

"Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money."
