The Warwick Arms Hotel

一個完全沒法洗澡的地方，水特別小！地板是斜的。酒店大堂明亮乾淨，設計不錯。但房間內部不敢恭維。地板傾斜，無法淋浴，沒有電梯🛗。

Only because of its location we would stay BUT I would being a fan, eye mask and ear plus and not pay for breakfast. On arrival the ladie seemed helpful but when asking for a fan as we know the rooms get warm I new I would need one as im in the menopause now, on return after a walk no fan when we left for a few drinks in town I asked again which she told me she hasn't got any but then a waiter said he new where there was one sadly we never saw it. Eye masks We blinds let ALOT of light in the bedroom in the morning so as soon as the sun comes up the room dosent need a light on to get dressed. Ear plugs The room was warm so like anyone we opened the windows but as much as its lovely to hear the bird singing I don't want to hear them at silly o clock in a morning along with a peacock. I get it being next to thw Castle about the peacock's but we had no other option to have a window open. Breakfast Wasn't a great celection first morning they had ran out of "hot" (barely warm) the toaster was bearly toasting if it went through twice it burnt. Second morning I asked if the meat was smoked and I was told he would find out (I'm still waiting to find out and I'm home now). Sadly the customer service was TERRIBLE. On checkout we found out they do take payments for the stay before you checkout not just on arrival. We wasn't asked how our stay was on check out which I was horrified as we seemed all over the guest infront of us but they had been to the wedding the night before. I got the impression if your a nobody like not got to a wedding they don't care. The customer infront was also given a 15%discount if he came back, we just got thanks and nothing else. I was really shocked and I was telling my husband how discussed I was with the customer serve, I new another ladie heard me and she could tell I wasn't happy and someone came outside and gave me a card with that discount and said "if she didn't her manager would kill her" I've worked in hospitality for many years as a manager myself and I wouldn't be happy knowing the issues a customer has had. It's was room 1 we had

We decided to have a couple of days away so explire Warwick and the surrounding area, and we had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, really comfortable bed, very tasty and freshly cooked breakfast, great location, and a great atmosphere.

My Wife and I stayed in the lovely Hotel for 3 nights to visit Warwick town. The situation was excellent as it is right in the middle of town, so everything was in walking distance. The staff all need a mention as they were not only courteous and professional but also had a sense of humour which is always a good sign of people happy at work. The food was delicious and considering it was the Chefs first week and the menu was limited everything was first class! The deal we had was £25 voucher per person per night meant that at checkout my bill was £5.25! Real value for money and we will definitely stay here again.

Popped in for tea, coffee and cakes and much enjoyed sitting there - very friendly staff, eager to please & great atmosphere. No reason to sit in Costa or other chains when you can sit in a more historic and special place to grab a tea, coffee or cake!

Visited for drinks and a cake. All good quality and reasonably priced for a commercialised place. Staff friendly and nice surroundings

Hotel staff sp super friendly and welcoming. The only down side was that the hotel rooms was really cold of a night and with the thin windows the rain woke me up (which I know it can't be helped the rain). Showers was lovely. But there was cracks in the bathroom.

Tried to pop in for a local breakfast as the website mentioned that you don’t have to stay in the hotel to get a full English breakfast. Unfortunately after arriving after 0930 found that they closed the restaurant. A shame, if locals knew that they can come in (even until 1100) to grab a breakfast then I would definitely utilise this service.

Great location, sat between the castle and the town centre. Rooms are small but warm, clean and comfortable and have tea, coffee and a kettle. Breakfast was very good and the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is no lift, and some rooms are up two flights of stairs, so it could be challenging for the less able-bodied with luggage.
