Great one night stay! Employee at the front (I believe his name was Brandon) did an excellent job handling what seemed to be a very stressful check-in time due to quite a few of us waiting to be checked in and they didn’t have rooms ready yet. He was so calm, friendly and professional even though some of the other guests were being rude. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! The location is nothing special, but the town of Walla Walla itself is charming!

We just drove from Ohio to Oregon. We stayed in 5 Quality/Comfort Inns along the way, in 5 states. This one was by far the BEST one and also the LOWEST COST one. Huge room (with kitchenette and dining area), very clean, friendly front desk, quiet, well maintained. I rarely provide a hotel or motel rating on TripAdvisor before, but this place really earned it. And a hot breakfast with a wide range of food, beyond anything the other four offered. Bravo! Oh and by the way: the only one of the five to have windows we could open, so in the cool night air we could get a breeze without running noisy AC!

This is what you would expect from a Marriott property. Very clean and probably the newest hotel in Walla Walla. This is an easy walk to the downtown core (except it was 106 degrees when we were there, so we chose to drive). Either way, it’s very accessible to everything. There is a nice outdoor patio which would be very inviting on a cool evening or breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant on site. But it has a pretty limited hours and menu. They only clean rooms every other day, so if this is an issue for you, I suggest you ask about it on check in. We only stayed two nights, so just left it at that. The rooms are really clean and nicely appointed. Lots of outlets for all your devices. A small fridge, Keurig and microwave as well. Free parking. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. We didn’t check out the pool, but it’s indoor. We would definitely stay here again.

To be honest, if I had more income, it would probably change my rating because I wouldn't expect as much as I do for the price that I paid (not just this stay, but basically any hospitality business charges ridiculous amounts in my opinion), but for me personally, to spend over 100.00 to sleep in a bed that's been slept in by who knows how many ppl, in a room that who knows how many ppl have been in before me, & not even have the opportunity to take advantage of the amenities to at least feel like the 10 hrs I have to work at my job to make that amount of money is worth it for me... I think you would just have to experience a stay for yourself/& make up your own opinion or review as to if you get your money's worth & if you have a valuable experience then great & if you don't then my or anyone elses review isn't going to change that, & if anyone else out there is like me...it kinda sucks when you have such high hopes or expectations & then they aren't met & things don't necessarily live up to the hype & then the let down disappointment is a bit more drastic...so all in all my advice would be to weigh out & make your own decisions or judgement calls because you can't really rely on anyone else's narrative to tell your story. I will say though, that due to the market competition & whatnot & the fact the town is limited in choices (supply & demand I guess+inflation) it was the less expensive & more modern choice of places to stay, but I haven't been exposed to life of luxury or the funding to alter my point of view just yet. I'd stay again if they're the best (or the only I suppose) option I have

My overall experience was great. The only things were that the vending machines weren't working, the hair dryer in my room wasn't working and the pool water was way too warm. A lot of this is just preference and nitpicking.
