Hotel was lovely! Food was delicious! Only thing I had a baby so needed bottles, they couldn’t supply a kettle so I had to use the coffee machine in the restaurant. Also our electric went out twice 😂 but overall a lovely clean and friendly hotel to stay with 2 kids. I travelled on my own with 2 kids and felt very safe in the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for us but unfortunately there was building work on a property across from the entrance which wasn’t pleasant to see. Not the fault of the hotel of course. The reception area is pleasant and has an open lounge included. There was no nice view from our room window but we didn’t suffer noise or inconvenience from the works outside. We didn’t dine in-house so can’t comment on dining facilities but they looked ok. Our room was a good size and extremely clean but didn’t have a safe or a fridge to keep our water cold. There were no extra toiletries apart from soap on the shower wall and small bars of hand soap. No shampoo or body lotion in small containers. However the towels were good quality. The tv was tiny. We will probably stay elsewhere next time we visit Vigo.

O parque de estacionamento que disponibilizam, a pagar, é recomendado apenas para carros pequenos. Dificuldade em estacionar e a manobrar o carro dentro do próprio parque.

Habitaciones limpias a simple vista (No desinfectadas) Ni rastro de productos profesionales de limpieza cuando hacen la habitacion (Limpian con toallas) el buffet muy pequeño para el n° de habitaciones que tienen, o bajas a primera hora o imposible tostar el pan, el tomate se acaba, la bollería también, los zumos... y tardan bastante en reponer (probablemnte falta personal) las mesas se quedan sin recoger un buen rato cuando se levanta la gente y todavía sirven desayunos a gente externa. La relación calidad precio normalilla... Buscaría otras opciones antes de repetir lugar donde alojarme.

Siamo venuti qui perché avevamo vinto un gift box. La ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto quello che avremmo potuto fare a Vigo. Dovrebbe essere una cosa normale per chi lavora alla reception, ma purtroppo non è sempre così. Camera pulita, semplice ma accogliente. Colazione buona. Non abbondante, ma comunque c'era sia dolce che salato.

Atención correcta. Habitaciones sin nevera. Desayuno bueno. Íbamos con mi mujer (párkinson) y no reparamos al contratar que tenía que subir escaleras para acceder al hotel una dificultad añadida( fue culpa nuestra)

No sabría por donde comenzar... Hoy es el primer día que estoy hospedado y todo es malo. Desde el parking hasta la habitación, llevo 2 hs aquí y la habitación además de muy pequeña la ventana da a un pulmón horrible y sucio, pero la suciedad hace juego con la habitación... Solo pase el dedo por el cabecero de la cama unos 10cm y en la foto se ve el polvo, la mesa de noche igual... En el baño hay un banco que hasta pelos tiene, el piso sucio por todos los rincones. El ropero es un simple hueco, sin cajoneras. Hay mosquitos en la habitación y el mando de la TV no funciona al igual que la máquina expendedora de la recepción... Etc, etc...Dejo fotos para que comprueben su veracidad! SI NO QUIERES ARRUINAR TUS VACACIONES NO VENGAS AQUI!

Nos alojamos del 26/5 al 30/5 y habiamos contrarado una habitación familiar que al llegar fuimos gratamente sorprendidos con que nos darian un suite por cuestiones del hotel...UN LUJO! Excelente atención de TODO el personal del hotel; habitación completa, limpia y confortable. Desayuno variado y rico! Queremos agredecer lo mimos de quienes nos atendian en el bar desayunador por su calidez y gran amabilidad. Inmejorable ubicación y buen precio. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!!

Hotel que recomiendo sin dudar, es práctico, bien ubicado, limpio, buena atención y buena comida. Todo lo wue necesitas para una estancia en la que solo cenas y pernoctas y no necesitas servicios más sofisticados
