"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in May 2024 during our 3-week trip to Chile. Out of all the accommodations we rented during our stay, this was the only one that contacted us to prepare for our arrival. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave us a tour of our room and the property, which was sensational. It was clear this would be the highlight of our trip. The bed was super comfortable and we slept very well. One of the reasons we chose this accommodation was the Aloe restaurant, which offered vegan options on their menu. Unfortunately, the options were not truly vegan, as they used cheese or eggs in the bread. However, the waitress was very kind and honest with us and replaced the bread with rice cakes. We used the laundry service and it was impeccable. We also enjoyed the pool, and had it all to ourselves. The staff at the reception were always helpful and friendly."

"I stayed at this "hotel" for a week at the beginning of December. It really wasn't what I expected to be honest. The owner Daniela was kind enough to actually reimburse me for part of the stay. Otherwise, for the price, it's really not worth what it is. "Generally a nice property and a good location I had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Rooms were very large and comfortable. The only one disappointing aspect was that I was unable to get a late check out, even though the hotel was virtually empty. Sometimes a little flexibility results in client delight!"
