"Unfortunately and reluctantly, I find myself giving two stars, only for the cleanliness of the apartment, the tranquility of the Resort, and Roberta's kindness. Everything else needs to be reviewed, starting with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the bar next to the pool (for a Resort that defines itself as such, the lack of hygiene in the bathroom itself is inconceivable) and the great desire to work and friendliness of the girls at the bar (obviously, this is meant ironically). When I asked for wine, they turned up their noses because you had to go two meters to get it from the restaurant (to which I said, forget it, what a shame... as if it were free...). Another flaw: we wanted to have lunch in the restaurant, but we couldn't do it because there were guests, we had to go outside to do so. On occasions like these, I wonder... is it so difficult to organize even simple appetizers and bring them to the bar? Just asking? It's a real shame. I'm writing, but it's the common opinion of the whole group."
