Small car park costing €20 per day Pool unheated and needs more (daily) cleaning. Lack of sunshine around the pool We stayed (3xAdult, 1xTeen) for four nights whilst attending a sporting event nearby. On entering the hotel, it looked pleasant. On entering our room however, we got old damp kind of smell. The fridge did not function and we reported it on several occasions and it was never fixed. We did have an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink, which they rectified by removing the plug entirely. Housekeeping staff did a great job in the limited conditions. The room is very narrow, there is luggage table behind the door, meaning you cannot open it fully, and the bathroom is old, dated, and prone to leeks. However, shower pressure is good. We were told halfway through our stay the hotel is under new management. This is bringing a full refurbishment over the coming months and so explains why we were awoken before 8am one morning to the sound of hammering and banging. Would we stay again, probably not. There are so many alternatives in the area with similarly great locations, but with better facilities, for similar prices.

This hotel is perfectly located between city centre and the beach. It’s also easy access to train station (10min walk) and bus 9 (airport). The bedroom was fine and bathroom was roomy and shower was good. Air con was pleasant. I didn’t try breakfast or restaurant. The safe had no keys but we eventually found them. My two quibbles: no one answered any of my emails so I had to call to double check they weren’t shut due to COVID 19 or something ; (annoying!) the cleaning starts at 7am, and frankly, the maid is the noisiest person ever. Imagine a hoover on the room next to you at 7am when you went to bed at 2am! The walls are paper thin and you hear the neighbours, which is not great, but cleaning staff can be scheduled for a more godly hour. I had the worst 3 mornings ever, up hours before I intended to be. As many travellers complained and clearly the hotel doesn’t care, I am giving only 3 stars.

This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated. So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff. Improvement: the breakfast is the same every day. Since is a small hotel also the breakfast is not too varied. So a little variation will make it more attractive. Also, there are no olives. Italy is famous for the quality and variety of olives, use this advantage!

Small, Friendly Staff .. excellent ratio cost/benefit : bravissimi 👏🏻😊 Great location, great gym. The lobby is the perfect location to relax or work. Great Breakfast, loved the quality of the juices and the variety of the cakes: loved the orange cake, next time will ask for the recepie. Grazie!

It is the second year in a row that I spent my holiday at Ca'Vanni hotel and I am planning to return next year. You can find, of course, way more luxurious hotels in Rimini (all depends on your budget) but even if I could afford a fancier hotel, I would return here. Reasons are very simple: -extremely caring and polite staff -breakfast is excellent -rooms are spot on and cleaned daily -helpful receptionists when it comes to small additional requests -cozy and familiar environment -location is great, very close to the beach All in one...these guys rock. The room was clean, the bed was good enough and the kitchens were also spacious .... excellent breakfast with a payment and provided mainly with sweet but also with the salt , which we prefer, was abundant. Some things that didn't go: 1.la The bathroom door was sliding and remained open was closed with hardness (the term in the red shower that took all the drawings) 2. a hot night horrible! We tried to decrease in vain (unfortunately, as I was at night I didn't feel disturbed at reception) 3. 7euro for parking seems to me excessive 4. hotel in front of the train station (not particularly noisy but you feel!!. Maybe having booked with booking they gave us the ”lower” room. It is excellent in the central position near the palace.

We spent 2 excellent nights at the Imperiale, revisiting San Guiliano after a gap of several years. All the staff at reception and in the restaurant were so helpful and friendly, dinner and breakfast were very good. We used the hotel bikes to once again visit the beautiful centro storico of Rimini, Piazza Cavour, the Tempio Malatestiano, the Fellini museo and the redevelopment around the Rocca. An added bonus was talking football with Guido and his friends in the evening. Thanks everyone.

Stayed at this hotel just one night before heading to San Marino. The location is superb,just two blocks from Rimini train station. The hotel is at the corner of street. The lobby is clean and staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious,not very modern but very neat. I have the corner room at the highest floor with good view and a small balcony that can stand there to enjoy the view. The bed is average,the bathroom is bright and water power was excellent. Room provides free coffee and tea, a small safe and slipper. The breakfast was average but adequate with hot items. Coming out from lobby turn right,walk strait then you will arrive at Piazza Tre Martiri, the old part of Rimini. The stone bridge of Rimini also walkable around ten minutes from hotel. Surrounding the hotel don’t have eating place,just a simple chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. But at old town there are plenty of restaurants. As this is a business hotel then no swimming pool and kids playing area. Considering the location,then highly recommended for those who plan a short stay in Rimini.
