"We came back recently from Verbier, where we spent the first week of the year at the Experimental Chalet. It was an amazing experience. The warm welcome and the friendly staff, combined to the Art Deco aesthetics definitely won us. We loved chatting with the waiters every morning while having breakfast, in a cozy, jazzy atmosphere. Everyone from the desk to the waiters to the cleaning staff to the barmen made everything to make our life easy, letting us free to focus on enjoying our time. They took charge of everythig you needed, without having to ask and have rendered us a few appreciated favors (canceling a restaurant reservation for us, among other). Our room was very quiet, as well as our floor (3rd). Although there are tea bags and a kettle with mugs to make some tea in the room, I simply made a comment to a cleaning lady regarding a particular tea flavor and someone was at our door with a whole set of tea for me to enjoy, within 3 minutes. Toiletries are from a niche Sweden brand and everything you need is either available in the room (hair dryer, robe and slippers, classic hotel items etc.) with little extras for your comfort (mouthwash, cototn pads, etc.) or easily available upon request. We really appreciated the facilities (ski room, boot rack, locker where to leave our helmets and friendly drivers to take us to various ski points). The fod is excellent and the kitchen would always have fresh gluten-free bread and the staff would remember our preferences for coffee and several details that just made the service exquisite. The bar is intimate, elegant with a beautiful fireplace and the cocktails are well done. The location is perfect: in the heart of the village, near the services and restaurants (Le Chalet d'Adrien/ Le Grenier, La Nonna...). Not only we are planning on going back but it will become a tradition for us in Verbier! Lili & Alex, Canada"

"We hadden een ruime kamer met een bank op de bovenste verdieping met een overdekt balkon. En een prachtig uitzicht! Uitstekende bedden, genoeg kastruimte, grote en goede handdoeken, uitstekende douche. Helaas een beetje mouw in de naaien van de douchecabine. De receptie op de 2e verdieping is minder aantrekkelijk en kan via een lift worden bereikt. De trap in de lift, ideaal gelegen skiruimte met een lock, skibootjes zijn zeer goed verwarmd. Soms in de avond/nacht een beetje geluid van buiten naar voorkant. Taratata, aan de onderkant van het gebouw, wordt aanbevolen als restaurant."

"This is a great hotel…super central, lovely mountain views, great decor, incredibly friendly/super helpful staff, excellent restaurant, great terrace for drinks….a fantastic place to stay. It also has a very welcoming and laid-back feel, but the restaurant is buzzy at night if you also like a bit of atmosphere. Strongly recommend The Shed if you want a modern hotel, it one that feels both professional but also really friendly. It’s not easy to do, but the my do it well."

"This was our third visit to Cordée in 2025, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The service from the staff including receptionists, concierge and ski service is consistently excellent and genuinely friendly (we have also noticed the same staff most visits which is always a good sign!). The rooms are fantastic and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, including the breakfast, which I always look forward to. The location is great, and we love the convenience of the shuttle to the ski lifts. The spa is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We truly love everything about this hotel, which is why we’ve kept coming back for the past 3–4 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We also really enjoyed the new sushi bar, Ropu. Highly recommend."

"Hier alweer voor de vierde keer tijdens het Verbier festival gelogeerd. Wij vonden het wer een erg fijn hotel om te logeren omdat het zo centraal ligt en de mensen er altijd aardig zijn. De helft van de gasten lijken musici met hun familie te zijn en de andere helft veelal repeaters die je weer herkent. Er was dit keer een beperkte kaart om ‘s avonds na afloop van de diverse concerten te souperen. Jameer dat de bar altijd een beetje ongezellig is zonder een waxinelichtje of klein bloemetje op tafel. Gratis vervoer naar en van de concertlocaties. Dit jaar veel beter georganiseerd met twee busjes voor de rit terug naar het hotel. Dit is beslist geen luxe hotel, maar een fijn en centraal gelegen adres voor het bezoeken van de masterclasses in de bioscoop en de concertzalen. Tot de volgende keer."
