While the hotel is in the ongoing process of updating/ improving (as most hotels are), this 5-star review is based on the management, level of service and efforts to accommodate guests. From the Operations Manager (Joseph) to the front desk staff, it is clear that the hotel values its guests and is striving to create a welcoming environment for all and ensure a comfortable stay. As a titanium elite, we were accommodated with all requests (quiet room, late checkout) and were treated as valued customers. A simple objective that is often lost regardless of class of hotel. For these reasons, we will return to the Courtyard Vallejo Napa Valley when back in the area.

I stayed a night but I ended up staying 2 nights because of the great deal, location walking distance to the restaurants and movie theater! Amazing staffs and management very accommodating and friendliness. My room clean and by staying second night they changed my towels and throw away my garbage. The break deal for the room can't beat the service and the friendliness of the team!!! Thank you so much for the last minute booking and the accommodating my requests. We stayed here once we realized how cost prohibitive it was going to be to stay in Napa proper. Save your $ and stay here and drive to Napa. It really isn't that far at all. Friendly and professional check-in. We got an upgrade since it was our anniversary. Big shout out. Thank you. The room was big, clean and modern. Quite and safe. Free, fast wifi. Free onsite parking. What more can you ask? Price was fair. Many amenities nearby. Starbucks. 7-11 & Walmart. Recommended.

American standard motel, the hotel environment is good and convenient, breakfast is very good. Hotel facilities are quite old, there are many supermarkets around the hotel, quite big, very good. The parking lot is large, convenient and free.

We had the absolute best experience at the Elm House. We had booked two nights and due to an odd flight time and some other things going on we were hoping for a very early check-in so our 2 year old could still get his noon nap. Kim was an absolute angel- getting us into a room and being so kind about the entire situation. She was accommodating, helpful, and extremely genuine. The interaction truly felt like Kim understood what we needed and was willing to help us get a solution. She truly made our stay in Napa 10x better. Thank you Kim! The room was great.
