"I’ve been in several 4 - star hotels in various cities but this was by far the best. The rooms were neat and tidy. The staff were superb throughout from checking to checkout. The breakfast buffet was probably the best that I’ve ever had anywhere with a vast array of hot and cold dishes, meats salads, vegetables,cereals,fruit etc. Yes I can heartily recommend this hotel."

"Zeer voorzichtig hotel. Natuur en uitzicht - bom. Udiaan personeel. Menukaart in een restaurant zonder waanzin. Delicate en uitgebreide ontbijt. Grote plek om te rusten en te herstellen. Verre van alles - op plus :) Het is jammer dat muziek in het zwembad niet kan worden uitgeschakeld en het spel tot 22.00 De kamers zijn zeer basisk en klein, maar schoon en aangenaam. We raden aan om te blijven!"

Since the hotel's inception, it has become a special place for me and my family, and it's here that we always spend the most enjoyable moments and days. The staff is exceptional – always smiling, always polite, and always willing to help with any unexpected matters. When my wife or I need a moment of respite, a break from everyday life, we go to this hotel. I'm always surprised by something new and exciting, and I always get exactly what I expected – peace and quiet. Important information for travelers: the hotel is located in the central part of Ustroń, close to several restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and other amenities, taxis are available, and there's a large, free multi-story parking lot. All of this contributes to the comfort of your stay. The hotel is certainly not cheap, but it offers many amenities, such as bowling, a spa, a swimming pool, and more. It's worth coming here for a relaxing break, but it's hard to leave and return to reality. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely continue to visit this hotel whenever I can, because it's truly worth it. Recently, I found myself in a room I'd never been in before—and it was truly beautiful."
