"The restaurant of the hotel is not interested in customers… lack of English and friendliness. We wanted to have a quick lunch at 14 hours and wanted to go to the Terrace, although it was not at all cleaned up. A few guests were- despite the look of the Terrace-sitting outside already. The way from the kitchen to the terrace is really not worth mentioning, but the waiter and also the reception did not even answer, why they did not accept us as guest on the terrace. Strange behaviour! They even did not excuse themselves all explain, why we were not welcome. Ob no interest in turnover."

The 10 different types of honey and jams, and the bread selection, are unique. Eggs are prepared to order, whether in five or six minutes or scrambled. For the way home, we had coffee to go and could make sandwiches. A perfect stay in a fantastic hotel."

"Wij waren er onlangs een week. Mooi klassiek hotel. Aangename kamers. Prachtige bar/restaurant. Mooie moderne wellness. Goed ontbijt, broodjes mochten wel verser zijn en de eieren warmer. Vriendelijk personeel, zeker Mr Jan aan de receptie en Mr Welli in het restaurant. Helaas wel een lawaaierig hotel, zowel binnen als buiten. Veel verkeer en vanaf 1 september begonnen er onderhoudswerken, zonder de gasten op voorhand te verwittigen. De trappen waren niet meer toegankelijk en in de gangen werd er gewerkt. Ook op de te kleine parking waren er werken met een hogedrukreiniger. Parking was niet echt bewaakt en sommige auto's stonden eigenlijk gewoon langs de straat en veel te dicht tegen elkaar, gevaarlijk voor schade. Na 4 dagen wisten wij pas dat er nog een kleine parking 50 meter verder was. De wifi in onze kamer op de t****e verdieping functioneerde niet meer de laatste drie dagen en ook op het gelijkvloers werkte het heel onregelmatig. Tegenwoordig een beetje een vervelend probleem in Poolse hotels. Spijtig! Dus zeker geen 4 sterren hotel."

"The hotel is definitely an older property, which can be seen in the decor and furnishings, but it has to be said that it is clean and generally well maintained. The breakfast was fine, with a fairly good selection. However, a major disadvantage is the complete lack of names or labels next to the dishes. It is not clear what exactly is being served at the buffet, as the dishes are not described in any way. For someone with a food allergy or specific dietary restrictions, this could be quite a significant problem. What surprised me the most, however, was a situation at the reception desk. The receptionist addressed me informally, using “you” in a way that implied familiarity rather than the more polite form of address. To be honest, I found this very surprising. I do not expect excessive formality or any special treatment, but I am an adult, and this is a four-star hotel. In my opinion, at a place like this, basic standards of professional service and appropriate ways of addressing guests should still be observed. To sum up: the hotel is clean, the breakfast is decent, but there are certainly some areas that need improvement. For a four-star property, I would expect a somewhat higher standard, both in the organization of the breakfast service and in the way guests are treated."
