"I didnt stay at Urla Surf but used their kitesurfing facilities every windy day. I found the staff there extremely helpful and pleasant, always keen to give a hand launching and we also used their lovely pool and sunbeds. We ate there regularly and the food was excellent and well prepared. The launch facilities were excellent with safety very much the most important consideration. Excellent.."

"We hebben de route naar Urla Bay in de laatste minuut veranderd omdat de stroom van de Izmir-bron weer is gesloten door de brand. De heer Göke, die ik op de telefoon heb gebeld, heeft ondanks mijn laatste verzoek om reservering twee kamers voor ons aangehouden... totdat we er zijn. We hebben een van Urla's mooiste, schoonste winkelhotels gehad om een onaangename reden... en we zijn blij met ontbijt, eten, het warme en hulpeloze gedrag van het personeel. Onze kat is weer in de Urla Bagevi gekomen:) Ik adviseer het om zijn positie, de schoonheid en de gelukkigheid van zijn kamers, en om de redenen die ik boven heb genoemd! "

"The staff were very sincere and concerned, they were really very good. Our room was very hot and the bathroom had a smell problem. The walls were cracked and dark, so we were not very happy with the room but could be managed. However, we could park the car in the back. The most favourite part was the restaurant, especially the sprinkler breakfast was very beautiful and everything was delicious. It was fit for their prices."

"1) They keep hens and cocks next to the accommodation rooms. From 5AM birds make so much noise, that it is not possible to sleep, it really becomes a torture. 2) Pillows in the rooms are harder than stones and those used for decorations of beds are not adapted for sleeping. Breakfast and restaurant are fine. 3) Pricing is exaggerated compared. 4) Horses in their mews are well cared and overall impression is positive."
