I thought long about how many stars to give this hotel for our stay because the hotel itself is very nice, relatively new, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is decent and staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. If the story would end here, I’d give the hotel 5 stars for sure. However, unfortunately there is a huge issue which made our stay very unpleasant in the end and this has nothing to do with all mentioned above but with the noise level of the hotel. The construction is super cheap, walls are paper thin, the windows super thin plastic-like glass (if it is glass at all) and rooms are incredibly noisy. If your room faces the street like ours did be prepared to not sleep a minute because the noise from the cars and trucks are so loud, it’s almost as if they would run right through your room. Also you hear every noise from adjacent rooms, TV noise, talking - everything. In the end, everything about this hotel and the staff was perfect except the extreme noise level which is in the end very important because if you can’t sleep at night because of the noise, this makes your stay terrible. Again, if the noise wasn’t an issue, I’d be very happy to come back and fully recommend this hotel but rarely have I been in a hotel with such a poor noise protection.

Upon check in and check out, the staff was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the amenities in the room seemed new. My only complain as a single female traveler is that I did not feel 100% safe. The guest staying on the first floor constantly had the door propped and even when it was closed I checked to see if it was locked and I could walk right in. There was a family outside that were constantly at a picnic table smoking with kids riding their bikes and skateboards in the street… one guy even came over to me in my car and asked if he could buy ****. I made sure my safety latch was on at all times but it’s a shame. I def wouldn’t stay there again by myself.
